Claims (13)
- 所定のはすば歯車と噛み合う食い違い軸歯車を被削歯車として切削加工する平歯車状の工具であって、
前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の少なくとも一つの歯形曲線形状対の一方と同じ歯形曲線形状の切刃を有する切刃部を有し、
前記切刃部の円弧歯厚は、前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の円弧歯厚よりも狭く、
前記切刃部の歯丈は、前記はすば歯車の歯丈以上であり、
前記切刃部の歯先の円弧歯厚をSatSCとし、
前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の仮想外径上の円弧歯厚をSatとし、
前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の仮想外径におけるねじれ角をβaとし、
前記切刃部の歯幅をbSCとしたとき、
ことを特徴とする工具。 - 前記切刃部は、前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の各歯形曲線形状対のそれぞれに対応して、左右の歯形に歯形曲線形状の切刃を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。 - 前記はすば歯車は、インボリュート円筒歯車である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工具。 - 前記被削歯車は、フェースギヤである
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の工具。 - 前記切刃部を挟むように設けられた2つの補助板
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の工具。 - 前記2つの補助板は、はすば歯車状である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の工具。 - 所定のはすば歯車と噛み合う食い違い軸歯車を被削歯車として切削加工する平歯車状の工具であって、
少なくとも一つの歯形曲線形状の切刃を有する切刃部を有し、
前記切刃部の円弧歯厚は、前記はすば歯車の軸直角断面歯形の円弧歯厚よりも狭く、
前記切刃部の歯丈は、前記はすば歯車の歯丈以上であり、
前記切刃部の歯幅が、軸断面において切刃が山形になるような角度を有している
ことを特徴とする工具。 - 前記切刃部の歯形曲線形状は、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の工具。 - 前記切刃部が、軸方向に複数枚設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の工具。 - 前記複数の切刃部は、同位相に等ピッチで設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具。 - 前記複数の切刃部は、前記はすば歯車のねじれ角による歯筋形状に合わせて、位相が均等にずらされて設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工具。 - 前記切刃部の刃先の側面には、所定のニゲ角が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の工具。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の工具を用いて、所定のはすば歯車と噛み合う食い違い軸歯車を被削歯車として切削加工する方法。
