Abstract

Claims (14)
- 電源に関連する保護接地(PE)端子に接続される接地導体上の電圧の存在を検出するための装置であって、その電源は、装置に電圧を印加するために使用されており、その装置は:
装置の一部分と通信するスイッチによって、スイッチをまたがって接続されるハイインピーダンス装置と;
このハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を監視し、かつ、ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧が、予め規定したしきい値を超えるかどうかを判断し、それによって電源からの安全でない電圧が、接地導体上に存在することを表わすためのコントロール装置と;
を有し、大地と装置との間の固有のハイインピーダンスパスは、装置の作動中に装置を介して接地接続を提供するために使用される。 - ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を検出する電圧測定装置をさらに有する請求項1記載の装置。
- コントロール装置は、ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧が予め規定したしきい値を超えると検出された場合は、スイッチの閉止を阻止する請求項1記載の装置。
- ハイインピーダンス装置および車両から大地への固有のハイインピーダンスパスのインピーダンスは、分圧器構造を形成する請求項1記載の装置。
- 交流(AC)電源に関連した保護接地(PE)端子に接続される接地導体上の電圧の存在を検出するためであり、その交流電源が電気自動車と関連する充電器のスイッチ装置に充電電圧を印加するために使用されている装置であって、その装置は:
車両のシャシと通信するスイッチによって、スイッチ装置のスイッチをまたがって接続されるハイインピーダンス装置と;
ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を監視し、かつハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧が、予め規定したしきい値を超えるかどうかを判断し、それによって交流電源からの安全でない電圧が接地導体上に存在することを指示するためのコントロール装置と;
を有し、大地と車両のシャシとの間の固有のハイインピーダンスパスは、装置の作動中に車両のシャシを介して接地接続を提供するために使用され、
さらに、
コントロール装置は、ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる感知された電圧に応じてスイッチ装置の開放および閉止をコントロールする装置。 - ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を検出する電圧測定装置をさらに有する請求項5記載の装置。
- 車両のシャシから大地への固有のハイインピーダンスパスのインピーダンスおよびハイインピーダンス装置は、共に分圧器回路を形成する請求項5記載の装置。
- 電源に関連する保護接地(PE)端子に接続される接地導体上の電圧の存在を検出し、電源が装置に電圧を印加するために使用されている方法であって、この方法は:
装置と大地との間のキャパシタンスと抵抗の少なくとも一方を有する固有のハイインピーダンスパスを使用して大地との接続を形成することと;
装置と大地との間のPE接続と通信するスイッチによって、スイッチが開いている間、スイッチをまたがって接続されたハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を感知することと;
ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧が接地導体上に存在する電源からの安全でない電圧の存在を指示するときを判断するためにハイインピーダンス装置と通信するコントロール装置を使用することとを有する。 - 前記電圧を感知する方法は、ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧を測定するための手段を使用することを有する請求項8記載の方法。
- ハイインピーダンス装置をまたがる電圧が予め規定したしきい値を超えるときを判断し、それによって電源からの安全でない電圧が接地導体上で存在することを指示することをさらに有する請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記装置は、電気自動車を有する請求項9記載の方法。
- スイッチの作動をコントロールするためにコントロール装置を使用することをさらに有する方法。
- スイッチを開放状態に維持するためにコントロール装置を使用すること、さらには電源からの安全でない電圧が接地導体上に存在せず、そして次にスイッチを閉じるためにコントロール装置を使用することを確認する請求項12記載の方法。
- 電源の第1段線および電源の第2段線と通信する追加のスイッチをコントロールするためにコントロール装置を使用することを有し、その第2段線は中性線を有し、さらに電源は第1段線を備えた交流電源を有し、かつ第2段線は、交流電源から装置まで電力を伝えるために使用されることを有する請求項13記載の方法。
