Abstract

Claims (15)
- 温度調節すべき流動性媒体、特に温度調節すべき尿素溶液を案内する少なくとも1本の導管(2)を連結するための継手(1)、特に急速継手において、
前記継手(1)の少なくとも一端に配置された少なくとも1個の差込み要素(4)および/またはスリーブ要素が設けられ、前記継手(1)が温度調節すべき媒体または流動性の温度調節媒体のための内管(3)を備え、前記内管(3)がその長さの少なくとも一部にわたって外管(7)によって取り囲まれているかまたは完全に取り囲まれ、前記内管(3)が前記外管に対して平行にまたはほぼ平行に延在し、前記内管(3)と前記外管(7)との間に、温度調節媒体または温度調節すべき媒体のための少なくとも1つの案内通路(11)が配置されていることを特徴とする継手(1)。 - 前記外管(7)の内壁が多数のウェブ(10)を介して前記内管(3)の外壁に連結され、前記ウェブ(10)が好ましくは前記内管(3)の縦中心軸線Mに対して平行に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の継手。
- 少なくとも1本の外側の管(8)が設けられ、前記内管(3)と前記外管(7)からなる集合体が前記外側の管(8)内に配置されているかまたは前記外側の管(8)によって取り囲まれ、特に集合体の全周にわたって取り囲まれ、前記外側の管(8)が前記内管(3)の縦中心軸線Mに対して平行にまたほぼ平行に延在し、前記外管(7)と前記外側の管(8)との間に少なくとも1つの外側案内通路(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の継手。
- 前記外側の管(8)の内壁が多数の外側ウェブ(12)を介して前記外管(7)の外壁に連結され、前記外側ウェブ(12)が好ましくは前記内管(3)の縦中心軸線Mに対して平行に延在していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の継手。
- 前記ウェブ(10)および/または前記外側ウェブ(12)が台形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内管(3)および/または前記外管(7)および/または前記外側の管(8)の壁厚が0.6〜3mm、好ましくは0.8〜2.5mm、さらに好ましくは0.9〜2.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内管(3)および/または前記外管(7)および/または前記外側の管(8)が円筒形にまたはほぼ円筒形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内管(3)が前記外管(7)内に同心的に配置され、および/または前記外管(7)または前記内管(3)と前記外管(7)の集合体が前記外側の管(8)内に同心的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内管(3)と前記外管(7)との間の案内通路(11)の半径方向の幅riおよび/または前記外管(7)と前記外側の管(8)との間の外側案内通路(13)の半径方向の幅raに対する、前記内管(3)の内径dの比が、3〜15、好ましくは4〜14、さらに好ましくは4〜12であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内管(3)の内径dが1〜10mm、好ましくは1.5〜8mm、さらに好ましくは2〜6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記案内通路(11)の半径方向の幅riおよび/または前記外側案内通路(13)の半径方向の幅raが0.5〜3.5mm、好ましくは0.6〜2.0mm、さらに好ましくは0.8〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記継手(1)が自動車の部品であり、温度調節媒体が好ましくは温められた冷却液または温められた冷却水および/または燃料または戻された燃料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記温度調節媒体が先ず最初に前記内管(3)と前記外管(7)との間の少なくとも1つの前記案内通路(11)を通って前記継手または継手部分に沿って第1方向に流れ、前記温度調節媒体を、前記外管(7)と前記外側の管(8)との間の少なくとも1つの外側案内通路(13)内に方向変換させるための方向変換領域が設けられ、前記温度調節媒体が少なくとも1つの外側案内通路(13)を通って、前記継手(1)または継手部分に沿って、前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向に流れることを特徴とする請求項3〜12のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記継手(1)が前記流動性温度調節媒体を供給するための少なくとも1本の接続管(5)および/または前記流動性温度調節媒体を排出するための少なくとも1本の接続管(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記継手または前記外側の管、外管、内管、外側ウェブおよびウェブからなる集合体が、射出成形によって製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
