Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom remodeled sash obtained by remodeling an existing bathroom sash into a new bathroom sash.

Conventionally, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a modified sash in which a new frame of a new sash is attached to an existing frame of an existing sash.

When upgrading a conventional bathroom to a system bath, if there is an existing bathroom sash in the conventional bathroom, the existing bathroom sash is renovated to a new bathroom sash, but the existing bathroom sash is large and the bathroom sash is large. The lower part of the tub may be located below the bathtub of the system bath (that is, the bathtub to be newly installed). If a new frame is attached to the existing frame of the existing bathroom sash, a new bathroom sash is obtained. The heat of the bathtub easily escapes from the lower part of the bathtub to the outside of the room, resulting in a decrease in the temperature in the bathtub, and the housing sash is complicated and the water stop is complicated, and the workability is poor.

Therefore, in the case of a large existing bathroom sash as described above, the size of the outer wall to which the existing frame of the existing bathroom sash is attached and the size of the opening of the housing are reduced, and the new frame of the new bathroom sash is installed. Is smaller than the existing frame so that the new bathroom sash does not have a portion below the bathtub of the system bath.
However, as described above, since the outer wall and the frame work are required, the construction period and costs become enormous.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to heat an existing sash having a lower opening portion located below a newly-installed bathtub without performing outer wall / frame construction. A bathroom renovation sash that can be refurbished into a new bathroom sash that can prevent escape to the outdoors.

The present invention is a bathroom remodeling sash in which a new frame of a new sash is attached within an opening of an existing frame of an existing sash,
The existing frame has a lower opening part below the upper part of the newly installed bathtub,
The new sash includes a lower new sash attached to a lower opening portion of an existing frame, and an upper new sash attached to an upper opening portion other than the lower opening portion of the existing frame,
The lower new sash is provided with a heat insulation panel on the lower new frame,
The upper new sash is a bathroom refurbishment sash in which a translucent surface material is provided on an upper new frame.

In the present invention, a frame is attached to the indoor side of the upper newly installed frame continuously four times toward the indoor side,
Attaching the interior material over this frame and the bathtub,
An attachment can be attached to the indoor side of the upper newly installed lower frame of the upper newly installed frame so as to face the indoor side, and the frame can be supported by this attachment.
In this way, since the existing frame cannot be seen from the room with the frame and the interior material, the appearance is good.
Moreover, it is difficult for the heat of the bathtub to be transmitted from the frame through the upper new frame to the outside.
Further, since the frame is supported by the attachment, the frame can be firmly supported.

Is attached so that it faces the indoor side and the middle downward inclined part is located below the connection part of the upper newly installed lower frame and the frame,
Attached to the lower part of the upper new lower frame, the lower new upper frame of the lower new frame is attached to the lower part of the lower part,
A drainage hole is formed above the attachment part of the attachment on the indoor side of the upper new lower frame, and this drainage hole passes through the drainage passage between the upper new lower frame and the eyelet and is outside the lower new upper frame. It can communicate with the top surface.
In this way, water that leaks from the connecting part of the upper new lower frame and the frame to the lower part of the frame falls to the middle downward inclined part of the attachment, passes through the drainage hole and drainage passage, and passes from the upper surface of the lower new upper frame to the outdoor. Can be drained.

In the present invention, a drainage channel is formed by separating the longitudinal end portion of the watertight material and the end watertight material which are watertight between the upper newly installed lower frame and the seamless, and the chamber is located near the unsightly outdoor side. By forming the outer drainage hole facing the upper surface of the lower new upper frame, it becomes a drainage passage,
It is possible to water-tighten the indoor side closer to the indoor side than the outdoor drainage hole between the seamless and the upper surface of the lower new upper frame with a watertight material.
If it does in this way, the water which leaked under the frame from the connection part of an upper newly established lower frame, a frame, etc. can be reliably drained outside.

According to this invention, since the part facing the newly installed bathtub is a lower newly installed sash having a heat insulating panel, the heat of the bathtub can be prevented from escaping to the outside.
Moreover, since the lower opening portion of the existing frame of the existing sash is covered with the lower new sash, it is not necessary to carry out the outer wall / frame construction, the construction period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, a drainage hole 81 is formed above the attachment mounting portion of the upper newly installed lower frame 21.

A drainage passage that continues the drainage hole 81 to the upper surface of the lower new upper frame 30 is formed between the new lower frame 21 and the mesh 33.
For example, the watertight material 82 for watertightness between the lower part of the upper newly installed lower frame 21 and the upper part of the mesh 33 is not provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. And a drainage channel 84 is formed between the end watertight material 83 and the end of the watertight material 82 so that the water flowing down from the drainage hole 81 flows through the drainage channel 84 to the upper surface of the outdoor side of the joint 33. To.

In this embodiment, the upper surface near the outdoor side of the lower new upper frame 30 is inclined (that is, water gradient) so that the outdoor side is lower than the indoor side with respect to the horizontal.
