Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡1は、照明ユニット10と被写体画像を取得する撮像ユニット70とを挿入部12の先端部11に具備し、照明ユニット10は、LED(31)を有し、上面から光を出射する発光部30と、凹部21の内部に発光部30が配設されているとともに、LED(31)の素子電極32と中継電極22および内部配線24を介して接続されている接続用電極23を、第1の主面20SAに有する配線板20と、発光部30の上面の上部に、透明樹脂層40を介して配設された、発光部30が出射した光の方向を変えるプリズム50と、接続用電極23と接続された信号ケーブル60と、を有する。

Description
以下、図を用いて第1実施形態の内視鏡1について説明する。なお、図はいずれも説明のための模式図であり、縦横の寸法比等は実際とは異なっている。
最初に、配線板20が準備される。配線板20は、アルミニウムもしくは銅等の金属、ガラス、ガラス繊維含有エポキシ樹脂もしくはポリイミド等の樹脂、または、各種セラミックであってもよい。凹部21は、開口形状が矩形のため、4面の側壁(側面)および底部からなる。凹部21は、発光素子31の形状に応じて、その開口形状は多角形または円形等であってもよいし、壁面はテーパー形状でもよい。
次に、第1実施形態の変形例1、2の内視鏡1A、1Bについて説明する。変形例の内視鏡1A等は第1実施形態の内視鏡1と類似しているので同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付し説明は省略する。
次に、第2実施形態の内視鏡1Cについて説明する。内視鏡1Cは第1実施形態の内視鏡1と類似しているので同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付し説明は省略する。
次に、第2実施形態の変形例の内視鏡1Dについて説明する。変形例の内視鏡1Dは第2実施形態の内視鏡1Cと類似しているので同じ構成要素には同じ符号を付し説明は省略する。
また、内視鏡1Cでも、変形例の内視鏡1Dのように、異なる波長の光を出射する発光部が、独立してON/OFF制御可能であってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 照明ユニットと被写体画像を取得する撮像ユニットとを挿入部の先端部に具備し、
前記照明ユニットは、
半導体発光素子を有し、上面から光を出射する発光部と、
凹部の内部に前記発光部が配設されているとともに、前記半導体発光素子の素子電極と中継電極および内部配線を介して接続されている接続用電極を、いずれかの主面に有する配線板と、
前記発光部の前記上面の上部に、透明樹脂層を介して配設された、前記発光部が出射した光の方向を変える光学部材と、
前記接続用電極と接続された信号ケーブルと、を有することを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記光学部材の光出射方向が、前記撮像ユニットの撮像方向であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記配線板の長軸方向に列設された複数の凹部のそれぞれに、発光部が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記複数の凹部のそれぞれに配設された発光部が、異なる波長の光を出射することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記異なる波長の光を出射する発光部が、独立してON/OFF制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記照明ユニットの長軸方向の角部が面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記配線板の長軸方向が、前記先端部の長軸方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
