Abstract
【解決手段】ポリエチレン系樹脂及び水酸化アルミニウムを含む板状の芯材と、前記芯材の表面に貼り合わせたアルミニウム合金板と、前記アルミニウム合金板の表面にコートされた光触媒薄膜を含むパネル材と、前記パネル材の周縁に配置され、前記パネル材を支持するフレーム枠と、を含むようにする。これにより、軽量であるため運搬や組み付け作業がある上に、光触媒の防汚作用によって表面に汚れが付着するのを防止することが可能である。

Claims (3)
- ポリエチレン系樹脂及び水酸化アルミニウムを含む板状の芯材と、前記芯材の表面に貼り合わせたアルミニウム合金板と、前記アルミニウム合金板の表面にコートされた光触媒薄膜を含むパネル材と、
前記パネル材の周縁に配置され、前記パネル材を支持するフレーム枠と、を含むことを特徴とする防音パネル。 - 前記フレーム枠が、マグネシウム合金で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防音パネル。
- 前記光触媒のコートが、チタニア−シリカ溶液を塗布し、乾燥させて薄膜状にしたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防音パネル。
