Abstract
【解決手段】経皮的な診断及び治療介入手段として用いられる血管の連絡穿刺部位を閉鎖する多様な実施形態を示し、開示している。一実施形態において、閉鎖装置は、脈管位置決め部材92、アンカー112及びシーリング材120を具える。かかる閉鎖装置は、アンカー及び血管の孔の外側のシーリング材を配置することにより、当孔を閉鎖する。脈管位置決め部材は、アンカー及び/又はシーリング材が正確に孔近傍に配置されるよう、血管の位置決めをする。また、閉鎖装置は、シーリング材をアンカーに押圧又はタンニングするよう構成したタンパー部材を具える。更に、閉鎖装置は、血管の孔近傍に、シーリング材及びアンカーをともに保持するために使用される縫合糸118を具える。

Claims (33)
- 血管の孔を閉鎖する方法であって、該方法は、
血管壁を孔近傍に位置付けるステップ、
アンカーを血管の外側であって、孔の近傍に配置するステップ、
シーリング材を該アンカー近傍であって、血管の外側に配置するステップ、及び、
該シーリング材及びアンカーを圧縮するステップ、を含むことを特徴とする血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。 - 前記血管壁を配置するステップは、血管の孔を介して脈管位置決め部材を挿入し、該脈管位置決め部材を拡張し、該脈管位置決め部材を血管壁と接触するように移動させることを含む、請求項1に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、壁に多数の切り込みを有するチューブを具え、該チューブの切り込みが設けられた壁部は、該チューブが圧縮されたときに拡張する、請求項2に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、バルーンを有する、請求項2に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材及びアンカーを圧縮するステップは、アンカーへとシーリング材をタンピングすることを含む、請求項1に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材及びアンカーを、縫合糸を用いて保持する、請求項1に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 血管壁は、該血管壁が位置決めされたことの信号を発信し得る、脈管閉鎖装置を用いて位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記血管壁を配置するステップは、血管の孔を介して脈管位置決め部材を挿入し、該脈管位置決め部材を拡張し、該脈管位置決め部材を血管壁と接触するように移動させることを含み、
前記シーリング材及びアンカーを圧縮するステップは、アンカーへとシーリング材をタンピングすることを含み、また、
前記シーリング材及びアンカーを、縫合糸を用いて保持する、請求項1に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。 - 血管の孔を閉鎖する方法であって、該方法は、
アンカーを血管の孔の外側に配置するステップ、及び、
シーリング材を該アンカー近傍であって、血管の外側に配置するステップを含むことを特徴とする血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。 - 前記アンカーは、前記シーリング材と血管の孔との間に配置する、請求項9に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 血管壁を前記孔近傍に位置決めする、請求項9に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記血管壁を孔近傍に位置決めするときに、血管の孔を介して脈管位置決め部材を挿入し、該脈管位置決め部材を拡張し、該脈管位置決め部材を血管壁と接触するように移動させる、請求項11に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材とアンカーとをともに圧縮する、請求項9に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材とアンカーとを、タンパー部材を用いて圧縮する、請求項13に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材とアンカーとを縫合糸を用いて保持する、請求項13に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 前記シーリング材は、コラーゲンを有する、請求項9に記載の血管の孔を閉鎖する方法。
- 脈管閉鎖装置であって、該装置は、
血管の孔を介して挿入され、該孔近傍に血管壁の配置を位置決めする脈管位置決め部材、
血管の外側の孔近傍に配置されるアンカー、
該アンカーの近傍であって、血管の外側に配置されるシーリング材、及び
該アンカー及びシーリング材が血管の孔を閉鎖するときに、該アンカー及びシーリング材を保持する縫合糸を具えることを特徴とする脈管閉鎖装置。 - 前記脈管位置決め部材は、拡張した構成及び収縮した構成間にて移動し得る、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記シーリング材は、コラーゲンを含んでなる、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、壁に多数の切り込みを有するチューブを具え、該チューブの切り込みが設けられた壁部は、該チューブが圧縮されたときに拡張してなる、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、バルーンを具えてなる、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記縫合糸は、前記アンカー及びシーリング材を保持するよう、所定量縫合してなる、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記シーリング材を、前記アンカー側へと移動させるタンパー部材を具える、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材が血管壁近傍に配置されたことの信号を発信するインジケータを具える、請求項17に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 血管の孔近傍にて血管壁を位置決めする脈管位置決め部材、及び、
血管の外側の孔近傍に配置されるアンカーを具える脈管閉鎖装置であって、
該脈管位置決め部材は、該アンカー及び脈管位置決め部材が互いに近傍配置され、該脈管位置決め部材が血管壁の内面に接触すると、該アンカーが血管の外側の壁と近傍に配置されるように構成してなることを特徴とする脈管閉鎖装置。 - 前記脈管位置決め部材は、該脈管位置決め部材が血管壁の内面と接触し得る拡張した構成と、該脈管位置決め部材が血管の孔を通過し得る収縮した構成との間を移動するよう構成してなる、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記シーリング材は、コラーゲンを具える、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、壁に多数の切り込みを有するチューブを具え、該チューブの切り込みが設けられた壁部は、該チューブが圧縮されたときに拡張する、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材は、バルーンを具える、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記アンカー近傍に配置されるシーリング材を具える、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記シーリング材とアンカーとを保持する縫合糸を具える、請求項30に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記シーリング材を、前記アンカー側へと移動させるタンパー部材を具える、請求項30に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
- 前記脈管位置決め部材が血管壁近傍に配置されたことの信号を発信するインジケータを具える、請求項25に記載の脈管閉鎖装置。
