該棒状体の先端に取り付けられ且つ内周面が前記開度調整ハンドルの外周に係合可能な漏斗状の包持部材と、
該包持部材の内周面に貼り付けられ且つ前記開度調整ハンドルに対する摩擦力を高めるシート部材と
を備えたことを特徴とするダンパの開度調整ハンドル操作装置。
