- 第1の連動部材は、内視鏡を囲むシースに取り付けられ、第2の連動部材は、切除構造を支持するカテーテルに取り付けられている、請求項21記載の装置。
- カテーテル及びシースは、上記中心軸に沿った相対的な移動に適合している、請求項23記載の装置。
