Abstract
【解決手段】反射式LED照明灯の構造及び照明装置であって、ランプケーシングと光源型条とを備え、光源型条がランプケーシングに取り付けられ、ランプケーシングには、光反射層が取り付けられている。光源型条は、LED照明ランプに一体化され、独立して脱着できる。該一体化構造は、LED光源と該LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとを有している。LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとランプケーシングとは、2種類の細長い引張り形材であって、互いに挿入溝に挿入されて固定されている。

Claims (13)
- 反射式LED照明ランプ構造であって、ランプケーシングと光源型条とを備え、
前記光源型条がランプケーシングに取り付けられ、前記ランプケーシングには、光反射層が取り付けられており、前記光源型条は、LED照明ランプに一体化され、独立して脱着でき、
該一体化構造は、LED光源とLED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとを有し、
前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとランプケーシングとは、2種類の細長い引張り形材であって、互いに挿入溝に挿入されて固定されていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。 - 請求項1において、前記光源型条は、LED光源を固着する配線板をさらに備え、前記配線板は、前記LED光源が取り付けられたベース・バッドに貼り付けられていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項1において、前記ランプケーシングは、アーチ部が閉じられたアーチ型構造であって、前記アーチ部の内壁には、反射膜又は反射塗料が塗布されていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項3において、前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとランプケーシングとが互いに配合していることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項4において、前記挿入溝は、前記アーチ形構造又は前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドの引張り方向の内側端に設けられていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項5において、前記挿入溝は、前記アーチ形構造又は前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドの引張り方向の向かい合う両側端に設けられていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項5において、前記挿入溝は、前記アーチ形構造又は前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドの引張り方向の一側端に設けられていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項3において、前記ランプケーシングは、2つ以上の前記アーチ構造が並んで配置されていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項8において、前記2つ以上のアーチ構造は、それぞれの間が細長い引張り形材のコネクタによって接続され、前記挿入溝がコネクタの引張り方向に設けられ、前記ランプケーシングと前記LED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとがそれぞれ挿入されていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項1において、前記ランプケーシングは、光源が取り付けられ、その両端がキャップによってさらにそれらが固定されていることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- 請求項1において、前記ランプケーシングとLED光源取り付け用ベース・バッドとは、アルミ形材又は熱伝導プラスチックであることを特徴とする反射式LED照明ランプ構造。
- LED照明装置であって、該照明装置は、請求項1から11のいずれか1項における前記反射式LED照明ランプ構造が直列してなることを特徴とするLED照明装置。
- 請求項12において、該直列してなる照明装置が細長状、四角形、アーチ形、円形、又はS形であることを特徴とするLED照明装置。
