- 有機ハロゲン化物を経由した発光素子用材料の合成において、
昇華精製処理前に、超高速液体クロマトグラフ飛行時間型質量分析(UPLC/TOF−MS)により特定される、前記発光素子用材料中に含まれる反応副生成物および前記発光素子用材料を合成するための原料のハロゲン化物の含有率が、3%以下であることを特徴とする発光素子用材料の合成方法。 - 請求項1に記載の合成方法により合成された発光素子用材料において、
前記発光素子用材料のハロゲン化物の含有率が0.1%以下であることを特徴とする発光素子用材料。
