Abstract
【解決手段】変速機構30が配置された第1軸AX1と平行な第2軸AX2上にモータ40が配置されたハイブリッド駆動装置1は、変速機構30とモータ40とを収納すると共に該変速機構30の軸方向のエンジンとは反対側が開口された開口部4Bcを有するメインケース4Bと、その開口部4Bcを閉塞するリヤカバー4Cとを備えている。モータ40を、その一部が軸方向から視てリヤカバー4Cと重なるように配置することで、モータ40と変速機構30とを近づけて配置でき、ハイブリッド駆動装置1の径方向へのコンパクト化が可能となる。
