Abstract

Description
・アルケニル化されたポリジオルガノシロキサン(特に、末端にアルケニル基を有する直鎖状ポリマー)と、
・ポリオルガノ水素シロキサン架橋剤と、
・ヒドロシリル化触媒と
を含んでいる。
接着テープを作製するため、アルミニウムフィルムから成る支持体を備えた従来の、本発明に基づかない浸透を防ぐライナー、Mondi社のALU I 38 UV1タイプに、様々な感圧接着剤を溶液状態で実験用塗布器を用いて施し、それから乾燥させた。乾燥後の接着剤層厚はそれぞれ25μmであった。乾燥は実験用乾燥庫内で、それぞれ120℃で30分間行った。
水分含有率は、DIN53715(カール・フィッシャー滴定)に基づいて確定した。測定は、オーバーサンプラと接続したカール・フィッシャークーロメータ851で行った(炉の温度140℃)。約0.3gの定量で、それぞれ3回の決定を実施した。これらの測定の算術平均値を水分含有率として示す。
支持材料
ライナー用の支持材料として、一方では、約75μm厚のポリエステル支持体(Toray Plastics社のLumirror60.01/75、以下PETと言う)および無機バリア層でコーティングされた約30μm厚のポリエステルフィルム(凸版印刷株式会社のGX−P−F、以下バリアPETと言う)を使用した。
前述のポリオレフィンフィルムの外層を剥離層(PO)としても使用した。
ライナーの作製は、グローブボックス内で、23℃および水分含有率1ppmの窒素雰囲気下で行った。

- 少なくとも1つの非付着性剥離層と、少なくとも1種の浸透性物質を収着する能力をもつゲッター材料の少なくとも1つの層とを含む接着剤保護ライナーであって、ゲッター材料が、リチウム、ベリリウム、ホウ素、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、ケイ素、カリウム、カルシウム、マンガン、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、カドミウム、インジウム、セシウム、バリウム、酸化ホウ素、酸化カルシウム、酸化クロム、酸化マンガン、酸化鉄、酸化銅、酸化銀、酸化インジウム、酸化バリウム、酸化鉛、酸化リン、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、金属塩、金属水素化物、1価および多価のカルボン酸の無水物、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム、カルボヒドラジド、アスコルベート、没食子酸、ゼオライト類、カーボンナノチューブ、活性炭、およびカルボジイミド類、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されるライナー。
- ライナーが、少なくとも1つの支持層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライナー。
- ライナーが、1種または複数の特定の浸透物に対するバリア層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、マグネシウム、カルシウム、マンガン、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛、バリウム、酸化バリウム、三酸化ホウ素、塩化カルシウム、酸化カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸銅、塩化リチウム、臭化リチウム、塩化マグネシウム、過塩素酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、酸化リン、炭酸カリウム、水酸化カリウム、ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、塩化亜鉛、カルボジイミド類、およびゼオライト類、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、マグネシウム、カルシウム、鉄、バリウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化クロム、酸化マンガン、酸化鉄、酸化銅、酸化銀、および酸化バリウム、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、酸化カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、塩化カルシウム、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、硫酸銅、過塩素酸マグネシウム、および硫酸マグネシウム、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、マグネシウム、カルシウム、鉄、バリウム、酸化カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、塩化カルシウム、およびゼオライト類、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、カルシウム、鉄、バリウム、塩化リチウム、塩化コバルト、および酸化カルシウム、ならびに前記物質の2種以上の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料が、化学吸着により浸透物を結合させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ゲッター材料から成る層が、多孔質であり、および/または発泡していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- ライナーが、支持層と、非付着性剥離層と、少なくとも1種の浸透性物質を収着する能力をもつゲッター材料の層とから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のライナー。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のライナーで、少なくとも片面および少なくとも一部が覆われた接着剤。
- ライナーと接触する前の接着剤の浸透物含有率が1000ppm未満であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の接着剤。
- 光電子部品および/または好気硬化型接着剤および/または湿気硬化型接着剤をカプセル化するための方法において、接着テープの少なくとも片面および少なくとも一部を覆うための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のライナーの使用。
- ライナーで覆われた接着剤の浸透物含有率を表示するための、請求項8に記載のライナーの使用。
- 接着剤保護ライナーに施すための、少なくとも1種の浸透性物質を収着する能力をもつゲッター材料の使用。
