Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池2の温度を調整する冷却システム500と、冷却システム500を介して燃料電池2の排熱の少なくとも一部を回収して燃料電池車両の車室内の暖房に用いるヒータコア61と、燃料電池車両の暖房用の熱を創出する熱創出手段2とを備え、燃料電池2が暖房用発電量および走行用発電量の和である総発電量(Peh+Pv)を発電するために必要な燃料の消費量を算出し、燃料の消費量が最小となる際の燃料電池2の温度である最適温度Tfccを算出し、燃料電池2の温度が最適温度Tfccとなるように冷却システム500を制御する。

Description
ここで、Qmassは、燃料電池2および冷却システム500の熱容量であり、予め実験により測定した値である。
ただし、Qehは0以上である。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (8)
- 酸化剤ガスと燃料ガスとを電気化学反応させて発電する燃料電池(2)を備える燃料電池車両用空調装置であって、
前記燃料電池(2)の温度を調整する冷却システム(500)と、
前記冷却システム(500)を介して前記燃料電池(2)の排熱の少なくとも一部を回収して前記燃料電池車両の車室内の暖房に用いる排熱回収手段(61)と、
前記燃料電池(2)の蓄熱量(Qfc)を算出する蓄熱量算出手段(S5)と、
前記燃料電池車両の暖房用の熱を創出する熱創出手段(2)と、
予め定めた基準時間に要求される暖房を行うのに必要な熱量である要求暖房熱量(Qac)を算出する基準時間要求暖房熱量算出手段(S4)と、
前記要求暖房熱量(Qac)および前記燃料電池(2)の蓄熱量(Qfc)に基づいて、前記熱創出手段(2)による暖房に必要な前記燃料電池(2)の発電量である暖房用発電量(Peh)を算出する暖房用発電量算出手段(S7)と、
前記燃料電池車両の走行に必要な前記燃料電池(2)の発電量である走行用発電量(Pv)を算出する走行用発電量算出手段(S8)と、
前記燃料電池(2)が前記暖房用発電量および前記走行用発電量の和である総発電量(Peh+Pv)を発電するために必要な燃料の消費量を算出するとともに、前記燃料の消費量が最小となる際の前記燃料電池(2)の温度である最適温度(Tfcc)を算出する最適温度算出手段(S10)と、
前記燃料電池(2)の温度が前記最適温度(Tfcc)となるように前記冷却システム(500)を制御する制御手段(8)とを備えることを特徴とする燃料電池車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御手段(8)は、前記燃料電池(2)の温度が前記最適温度(Tfcc)を上回っている場合に、前記最適温度(Tfcc)まで前記燃料電池(2)の温度を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御手段(8)は、前記燃料電池(2)の温度が前記最適温度(Tfcc)を下回っている場合に、前記燃料電池(2)の排熱を前記燃料電池(2)に蓄熱させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記熱創出手段は、前記燃料電池(2)の発電効率を通常運転時より低下させることで、前記燃料電池(2)から放出される熱を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記熱創出手段は、電気ヒータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記熱創出手段は、前記燃料を燃焼させることにより熱を発生する燃焼式ヒータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記要求暖房熱量算出手段(S4)は、乗員の操作によって前記車室内の目標温度(Tset)を設定する目標温度設定手段(92)によって設定された前記目標温度(Tset)、前記車室外の温度である車室外温度(Tam)、前記車室内の温度である車室内温度(Tr)、および、前記車室内の日射量(Ts)のうち少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記要求暖房熱量(Qac)を算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
- 前記蓄熱量算出手段(S5)は、前記燃料電池(2)の温度(Tfc)、前記冷却システム(500)の熱容量(Qmass)、および、前記燃料電池(2)の予め定めた発電能力を確保可能な最低温度(Tfc0)のうち、少なくとも1つに基づいて前記燃料電池(2)の蓄熱量(Qfc)を算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池車両用空調装置。
