前記補強鉄筋を挿通するための開口部を有し、該開口部を跨ぐように分割した一対の分割体からなり、前記開口部を拡縮するように、各分割体を互いに接近又は離隔自在にコンクリート構造物に取り付けてある、ベースプレートと、
前記一対の分割体の移動を規制する、少なくとも一つの固定具と、からなり、
前記一対の分割体の接近時において、前記開口部の径を前記挿入孔の径よりも小さく構成してあることを特徴とする、
