Abstract
【解決手段】水溶性シリケート、促進剤、シランカップリング剤、酸化ケイ素パッキング、水溶性膜形成樹脂、水を含有する原料混合物を均一に混合することによって得られる金属保護コーティングであって、促進剤は、セルロース類およびこれらの可溶性塩から選択される少なくとも1種であり、シランカップリング剤は、式(1)で示される第1のシラン誘導体を含有し、式中、R1、R2、R3は、それぞれメトキシルまたはエチオキシルであり、nは、1〜4の範囲の整数である、金属保護コーティング。(1)

Description
本出願は、2011年9月28日に出願された中国出願第201110301944.9号、表題「金属保護コーティング、溶融Znメッキ金属材料および溶融Al−Znメッキ金属材料(Metal Protective Coating,Hot−Dip Zn Metallic Material and Hot−Dip Al−Zn Metallic Materia)」の優先権を主張し、この出願は、参考によって具体的かつ完全に組み込まれる。
したがって、金属保護コーティングの性質は、溶融メッキ金属材料の腐食を防ぐのに非常に重要である。

式中、R1、R2、R3は、メトキシルまたはエチオキシルであり、nは、1〜4の範囲の整数である、金属保護コーティングを提供する。

好ましくは、原料混合物の成分を均一に混合した後、1〜180日以内に金属保護コーティングを塗布する。
ここで、成分を混合する順序に特別な要件はなく、つまり、均質で安定な相が得られるのであれば、原料混合物の成分を同時に、バッチで、または段階的に直接混合し得、好ましくは、成分を混合している間、原料混合物を撹拌し、原料混合物をさらに均一にする。
つまり、式(1)で示される第1のシラン誘導体は、2−(3,4−エポキシ−シクロヘキシル)−エチル−トリメトキシシランである。
消泡剤は、当該技術分野でよく知られた任意の消泡剤、例えば、ポリエーテル消泡剤、高級アルコール、シリコン消泡剤、ポリエーテル修飾シリコーン消泡剤などのうち1つ以上であり得る。
さらに具体的には、消泡剤は、Dongying Shidachuangxin Science & Technology Co.Ltd.から購入した1種類以上のSD−401シリーズの消泡剤であり得る。
好ましくは、金属保護コーティングの合計重量を基準として、消泡剤の含有量は0.01〜0.05wt%である。
亜鉛メッキはまた、亜鉛メッキで従来から用いられている他の成分(例えば、シリコン)を含有し得る。
金属保護コーティングの用量は、コーティング層の厚みにしたがって決定し得る。
また、Al−Znメッキは、Al−Znメッキで従来から用いられている他の成分(例えば、シリコン)を含有し得る。
金属保護コーティングの用量は、コーティング層の厚みにしたがって決定し得る。
第2のシラン誘導体を加えない。
促進剤を加えない。
第1のシラン誘導体を加えない。
ここで、金属保護コーティングの用量は、Znメッキ鋼シート1〜8のコーティング層の厚みが0.8μmになるように適宜決定される。
コーティング層の厚みは、XRF unit(蛍光X線分光計)を用いて測定した値である。
ここで、金属保護コーティングの用量は、Al−Znメッキ鋼シート1〜8のコーティング層の厚みが0.8μmになるように適宜決定される。
コーティング層の厚みは、XRF unit(蛍光X線分光計)を用いて測定した値である。
このシートは、「96時間塩噴霧試験の後、腐食面積が20%未満である」という基準にしたがい、許容される範囲にあると評価される。
シミの点が多いほど、耐水性能は悪い。
ΔEが小さいほど、コーティングの耐熱性能は高い。
当業者は、本発明の精神を逸脱することなく、本発明の技術スキームの改変例および変形例を作成し得る。
しかし、これらすべての改変例および変形例は、本発明の保護範囲にあると考えるべきである。
不必要な繰り返しを避けるために、可能な組み合わせを本発明で具体的には記載していない。
しかし、このような組み合わせも、本発明で開示した範囲に入ると考えるべきである。
Claims (15)
- 水溶性シリケート1重量部を基準として、促進剤の用量は、0.2〜1.8重量部であり、シランカップリング剤の用量は0.5〜4.5重量部であり、酸化ケイ素パッキングの用量は0.25〜2.2重量部であり、固体物質で算出した水溶性膜形成樹脂の用量は、0.8〜6.8重量部であり、水の用量は10〜100重量部である
請求項1に記載の金属保護コーティング。 - 水溶性シリケート1重量部に対して、促進剤の用量は0.5〜0.7重量部であり、シランカップリング剤の用量は1.4〜1.8重量部であり、酸化ケイ素パッキングの用量は0.6〜0.85重量部であり、固体物質で算出した水溶性膜形成樹脂の用量は、2.1〜2.7重量部であり、水の用量は25〜40重量部である

第2のシラン誘導体は、γ−アミノプロピル−トリエトキシシラン、γ−グリシドールエーテルプロポキシ−トリメトキシシラン、γ−メタクリル−オキシ−プロピル−トリメトキシシラン、N−2−アミノエチル−3−アミノプロピル−トリメトキシシランからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である

請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属保護コーティング。 - 水溶性膜形成樹脂が、水溶性ポリエステル膜形成樹脂、水溶性スチレン−アクリル膜形成樹脂、水溶性エポキシ膜形成樹脂、水溶性ポリウレタン膜形成樹脂、水溶性シリコーン−アクリル膜形成樹脂、水溶性アクリル膜形成樹脂、水溶性フルオロカーボン膜形成樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である
