本发明公开了一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,由下列原料制成:乙烯树脂、苯丙乳液、乙基纤维素、硫化钠、铁钛粉、二乙二醇、纳米氧化镁、丙二醇乙醚、去离子水适量、催化剂、抗静电助剂、环氧胶;其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)制备初混料;(2)制备中间液;(3)制备混合液;(4)将混合液进行研磨处理,过筛即得成品。本发明通过采用科学的制备方法,对有机高分子材料进行优化组合,提高了组合物的抗静电性能,得到的涂层保光性好,表面光滑细腻,拉伸强度等指标均优于普通涂料,能满足涂装体的使用要求;其节能环保,成本较低,生产周期短,适于工业化批量生产。

一种吸尘器抗静电涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料行业技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸尘器抗静电涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。涂料属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。目前,我国的涂料行业渐已成熟,加之在绿色经济全球化的大环境下,需要落实推动绿色科技行业的发展。
随着社会的发展,传统的家用电器的涂饰已经有了较大的变化,环保的水性涂料逐渐替代热固性涂料,然而不同的电器由于功能等方面的差异对涂料有不同的要求,需要使用环保和更个性化的涂料。面对家电用涂料巨大的市场需求和不断增长的应用前景,有必要加大研发力度,不断改进并提升产品性能,加速产品品质升级,开发出在技术上、成本上、性能上具有强劲的竞争优势的家电用涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种吸尘器抗静电涂料及其制备方法,得到的涂料产品综合性能优异,还具有良好的抗静电性能,适于推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙烯树脂30~45份、苯丙乳液20~35份、乙基纤维素15~25份、硫化钠8~15份、铁钛粉3~6份、二乙二醇1~3份、纳米氧化镁2~5份、丙二醇乙醚5~12份、去离子水适量、催化剂1~3份、抗静电助剂1~2.5份、环氧胶4~10份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙烯树脂、苯丙乳液、乙基纤维素和硫化钠混合加入到混料机,搅拌均匀,加热至60~75℃,继续搅拌30~50分钟,得到初混料;
(2)将铁钛粉、二乙二醇、纳米氧化镁、丙二醇乙醚和适量去离子水依次加入到步骤(1)得到的初混料中,不断搅拌并升温至150~165℃,在900~1100转/分下搅拌反应1.5~3小时,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至60~70℃,再加入催化剂和抗静电助剂并不断搅拌,最后加入环氧胶,混合搅拌50~90分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液进行研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
优选的,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
优选的,所述抗静电助剂为烷基磺酸盐。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过采用科学的制备方法,对有机高分子材料进行优化组合,提高了组合物的抗静电性能,得到的涂层保光性好,表面光滑细腻,拉伸强度等指标均优于普通涂料,能满足涂装体的使用要求;本发明实现了资源和能源的充分利用,节能环保,成本较低,生产周期短,适于工业化批量生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙烯树脂30份、苯丙乳液20份、乙基纤维素15份、硫化钠8份、铁钛粉3份、二乙二醇1份、纳米氧化镁2份、丙二醇乙醚5份、去离子水适量、催化剂1份、抗静电助剂1份、环氧胶4份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙烯树脂、苯丙乳液、乙基纤维素和硫化钠混合加入到混料机,搅拌均匀,加热至60~75℃,继续搅拌30分钟,得到初混料;
(2)将铁钛粉、二乙二醇、纳米氧化镁、丙二醇乙醚和适量去离子水依次加入到步骤(1)得到的初混料中,不断搅拌并升温至150~165℃,在900~1100转/分下搅拌反应3小时,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至60~70℃,再加入催化剂和抗静电助剂并不断搅拌,最后加入环氧胶,混合搅拌50分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液进行研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
实施例2:
一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙烯树脂45份、苯丙乳液35份、乙基纤维素25份、硫化钠15份、铁钛粉6份、二乙二醇3份、纳米氧化镁5份、丙二醇乙醚12份、去离子水适量、催化剂3份、抗静电助剂2.5份、环氧胶10份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙烯树脂、苯丙乳液、乙基纤维素和硫化钠混合加入到混料机,搅拌均匀,加热至60~75℃,继续搅拌50分钟,得到初混料;
(2)将铁钛粉、二乙二醇、纳米氧化镁、丙二醇乙醚和适量去离子水依次加入到步骤(1)得到的初混料中,不断搅拌并升温至150~165℃,在900~1100转/分下搅拌反应1.5小时,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至60~70℃,再加入催化剂和抗静电助剂并不断搅拌,最后加入环氧胶,混合搅拌90分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液进行研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
本发明上述实施例中:所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述抗静电助剂为烷基磺酸盐。
本发明实施例中,通过对有机高分子材料进行优化组合,提高了组合物的抗静电性能,得到的涂层保光性好,表面光滑细腻,拉伸强度等指标均优于普通涂料,能满足涂装体的使用要求,而且节能环保,成本较低,生产周期短。

1.一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:乙烯树脂30~45份、苯丙乳液20~35份、乙基纤维素15~25份、硫化钠8~15份、铁钛粉3~6份、二乙二醇1~3份、纳米氧化镁2~5份、丙二醇乙醚5~12份、去离子水适量、催化剂1~3份、抗静电助剂1~2.5份、环氧胶4~10份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙烯树脂、苯丙乳液、乙基纤维素和硫化钠混合加入到混料机,搅拌均匀,加热至60~75℃,继续搅拌30~50分钟,得到初混料;
(2)将铁钛粉、二乙二醇、纳米氧化镁、丙二醇乙醚和适量去离子水依次加入到步骤(1)得到的初混料中,不断搅拌并升温至150~165℃,在900~1100转/分下搅拌反应1.5~3小时,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至60~70℃,再加入催化剂和抗静电助剂并不断搅拌,最后加入环氧胶,混合搅拌50~90分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液进行研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸尘器抗静电涂料,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
