Abstract
【解決手段】ドライブトレイン1は、内燃機関2、電気機械3、トランスミッション4、および内燃機関2と電気機械3との間に配置されたクラッチ7を備え、内燃機関2および電気機械3とトランスミッション4の共通入力シャフト5とが相互に作用し、車両の少なくとも1つのアクスルが、トランスミッション4の出力シャフト6を介して内燃機関2および/または電気機械3によって駆動可能であり、クラッチ7が遮断されている時、内燃機関2はトランスミッション4の入力シャフト5から切り離される。また、クラッチ7が、電気機械3と内燃機関2との噛合連結のための第1要素8、および、摩擦連結のための第2要素9を並列に備えている。これにより、停止した内燃機関をショックを与えず電気機械により始動したり、内燃機関の高トルクをドライブトレインの入力シャフトに伝達することが出来る。

Claims (9)
- パラレルハイブリッド車両のドライブトレイン(1)であって、内燃機関(2)、電気機械(3)、トランスミッション(4)、および前記内燃機関(2)と前記電気機械(3)との間に配置されたクラッチ(7)を備え、前記内燃機関(2)および前記電気機械(3)と前記トランスミッション(4)の共通入力シャフト(5)とは相互に作用し、前記ハイブリッド車両の少なくとも1つのアクスルが、前記トランスミッション(4)の出力シャフト(6)を介して前記内燃機関(2)および/または前記電気機械(3)によって駆動可能であり、前記クラッチ(7)が遮断されている時、前記内燃機関(2)は前記トランスミッション(4)の前記入力シャフト(5)から切り離されるドライブトレイン(1)において、前記クラッチ(7)が、前記電気機械(3)と前記内燃機関(2)との噛合連結のための第1要素(8)、および、前記電気機械(3)と前記内燃機関(2)の摩擦連結のための第2要素(9)を備えることを特徴とするドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記第1要素(8)が、ジョークラッチ、ハース(Hirth)カプリングまたはシンクロナイザ装置の形態の噛合要素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第2要素(9)が、低トルクでの制御または調整が可能な摩擦クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第2要素(9)が、前記内燃機関(2)の再始動トルク用にのみ設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第2要素(9)が、前記ドライブトレイン(1)に用いることが可能な様々な内燃機関(2)の再始動トルクに対応するようモジュラー設計されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記2個の要素(8、9)が、別個の作動部材(10、11)または単一の共通の作動部材によって作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記クラッチ(7)の接続中、前記第2要素(9)が確実に接続されているときに限り前記第1要素(8)による噛合連結が確立されるように前記クラッチ(7)が作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 別個の作動部材(10、11)の作動に際し、前記第1要素(8)の噛合連結が確立されたあと、前記第2要素(9)が再び遮断されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記共通の作動部材または前記別個の作動部材(10、11)が、油圧式または電気機械式に作動するよう設計されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン。
