Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown below.
1-4, 1 is a vehicle charging device, 2 is a main body, 3 is a lid, 4 is a cover, 5 is a charging connector, and 6 is a charging cable. In the present embodiment, the main body 2 and the lid 3 constitute a housing of the vehicle charging device 1.

As shown in FIG. 4, the main body 2 includes a front opening 7, a back 8, a first wall 9 that is formed by extending the back 8 in a substantially vertical direction, and the first wall 9 as a housing. And a second wall portion 11 raised from the flange portion 10 to the front side, and the front opening is covered by the lid portion 3. . The back surface part 8 is a back surface support that holds the charging cable 6 wound around the first wall part 9 to be described later by sandwiching the back plate part 8a to which the electric device or the control device is attached and the back surface of the flange part 10 between them. Part 8b.
The internal space of the box is used as a device storage unit that stores electrical devices and control devices. In the present embodiment, the shape of the housing is substantially circular and is slightly vertically long. However, the shape is not particularly limited, and may be circular, oval, square having an arc shape, or other rectangular shape. The upper part may have an arc shape or the like.

The back support portion 8b is formed so as to extend over the entire circumference of the first wall portion 9, and as shown in FIG. 5, has a through-hole portion 12 of a screw for installing the main body portion 2 on the building wall surface. The vehicular charging device 1 is used by screwing the back support portion 8b to a building wall surface, and draws in a power cable and a communication line drawn from the building wall surface from insertion holes 2a and 2b formed in the lower portion of the main body portion 2. It has a structure. The power cable is connected to the charging cable 6 via a terminal block, CPLT circuit, etc. stored in the device storage section.

The vehicle charging device 1 of the present embodiment has a structure in which a charging cable 6 having a charging connector 5 at the tip is wound and held along a first wall portion 9. As a structure for encouraging the first wall portion 9 to be drawn when the charging cable 6 is wound, the flange portion 10 may have a slight inclination toward the back plate as shown in FIG. preferable.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the charging cable 6 wound around the first wall portion 9 is sandwiched and held between the back surface support portion 8 b and the back surface of the flange portion 10. That is, since the flange portion 10 is enlarged from the first wall portion 9 toward the outer peripheral direction of the housing 1, the back surface of the flange portion is directed to the front side of the charging cable 6 wound around the cable winding portion. It functions as a cable retaining part that prevents the cable from falling off.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, an extended storage portion 10 a is formed between the front surface of the flange portion 10 and the lid portion 3, and a terminal block 17 is installed. The terminal block 17 is fixed using a fixing screw 18, and fixing portions corresponding to the fixing screw 18 are respectively provided on the front surface of the flange portion 10 and the leg portion 19 erected from the back plate portion 8 a. It has been. Further, an extended space formed by the second wall portion 11 rising from the flange portion 10 to the front side and surrounded by the flange portion 10 and the second wall portion 11 is defined as an extended storage portion 10a. In this manner, by storing devices such as the terminal block 17 in the expansion storage portion 10a, restrictions on the size and arrangement of the devices are reduced. Further, the wiring work can be easily performed by lifting and arranging the device from the back plate portion 8a. Note that the fixing portion is not necessarily required on the front surface of the flange portion, and the device may be located between the front surface of the flange portion and the lid portion 3.

In the present embodiment, a cable support 13 that supports the charging cable 6 is formed on the upper portion of the first wall portion 9 on the outer periphery of the housing. A space is formed between the first wall portion 9 and the cable support 13, and the charging cable 6 is supported by the cable support 13 so that a part of the charging cable 6 is connected to the cable support 13. Even when the vehicle is charged in a state where it is left in the winding portion and the charging cable 6 has heat, the temperature rise in the device housing portion due to the heat generated by the charging cable 6 is effectively increased. It can be avoided. The cable support 13 is preferably formed in a circular arc shape as shown in FIG. 7 so that the cable can be supported without being bent extremely.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the first wall portions at the four corners of the outer periphery of the housing are extended outward to form the extended portion 14. When the charging cable is wound along the overhang portions 14 formed at the four corners of the casing, a concave space is formed between the charging cable 6 and the outer peripheral side surface of the casing. The temperature rise in the housing due to the heat generated from the cable 6 can be further effectively suppressed.

A charging connector housing portion 15 that holds a connector for charging during non-charging is formed in the lid portion 3 that covers the front opening of the main body portion 2. The charging connector housing portion 15 has a structure protruding in a bag shape toward the device housing portion of the main body portion 2 and is formed integrally with the lid body portion 3.

The main body 2 and the lid 3 are made of a material that satisfies the strength and electrical strength, such as ABS, and is necessary for the vehicle charging device 1 by applying the lid 3 to the main body 2. Satisfies the waterproof function and structural strength.

The cover 4 that covers the front surface of the lid body 3 has a through-hole 16 in the lower part. The through hole 16 is formed at a position where the charging connector housing 15 of the lid 3 is exposed. That is, the charging connector 5 is housed in the charging connector housing portion 15 through the through hole 16.

The cover 4 is detachably formed with the lid 3 so that the cover 4 can be replaced according to the appearance of the building where the vehicle charging device 1 is installed. When the vehicular charging device 1 is installed on the wall surface of a house, conventionally, it is necessary to prepare a vehicular charging apparatus having a plurality of variations in order to adapt to the appearance of various houses, which is a factor of high cost. However, according to the present invention, it is possible to respond by replacing only the cover 4, and it is possible to provide a vehicle charging device having a design that fits the appearance of each house at a lower cost.

The cover 4 is preferably provided with a light-shielding property, and is preferably made of a material that satisfies the weather resistance and appearance properties such as polycarbonate. Thereby, it can respond also to the temperature of the outdoor environment of summer.

It is preferable that the cover 4 is held by being lifted several mm from the front surface of the lid portion 3 to form a vertically extending ventilation space between the lid portion 3 and the cover 4. With this structure, the heat generated from the electric device and the control device stored in the device storage portion is transmitted to the lid portion 3 and radiated to the ventilation space. In addition, by holding several millimeters above the front surface of the lid 3, the cover 4 serves as a light shielding plate, and the temperature rise of the device storage 7 due to solar radiation can be prevented.

In this embodiment (Embodiment 1), the main body 2 has a back surface 8, a first wall 9, a flange 10, and a second wall 11, but as another embodiment, the main body 2 However, it can also be set as what has the back part 8, the 1st wall part 9, and the flange part 10, and the cover body part 3 has the 2nd wall part 11 (Embodiment 2). According to the second embodiment, since the main body portion 2 does not have the second wall portion 11, it is easy to attach the device to the back plate portion 8a.
