該本体部または蓋体部の外周側面には、充電用ケーブルを巻付けながら保持するケーブル巻付部を備え、
該蓋体部は、非充電時の充電用コネクタを保持する充電用コネクタ収納部を有し、
該カバーに、該充電用コネクタ収納部を露出する貫通孔を形成し、
該蓋体部と該カバーとの間に上下に渡る通気空間を形成した
