Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bathroom drain pipe, and more particularly to a bathroom drain pipe that improves drainage performance from a bathtub and improves cleanability.
Conventionally, in a bathroom where a large amount of drainage is generated, such as a bathtub, in order to treat the generated drainage, a drain outlet is provided on the bottom surface of the waterproof pan of the bathtub or bathroom, and a drain is connected to this drain outlet. There is known a method of discharging water from a drain outlet to a sewage side. As an example, FIG. 4 shows a drainage pipe of a bathroom described in Patent Document 1.
The drainage pipe of the bathroom of the conventional example illustrated in FIG. 4 is composed of a bathtub, a bathtub pan, a washing pan, a bathtub pan drain, a washing pan trap, a bathtub drain plug, and a Futokoro tube as a tank body described below. Become. In Patent Document 1, a bathtub and a bathtub drain plug are omitted.
A bathtub is a rectangular parallelepiped tank body opened upward, and is provided with a bathtub drainage port for discharging drainage generated inside the bathtub on the bottom surface.
The bathtub pan is a waterproof pan on which the bathtub is placed, and has a bathtub pan drainage port for discharging drainage generated on the bathtub pan on the bottom surface.
The washing-place pan is a waterproof pan provided adjacent to the above-mentioned bathtub pan and used when the user of the bathroom is washing his / her body, etc., and discharges the waste water generated on the washing-place pan to the bottom. It is equipped with.
The bathtub pan drainer is a drainer provided below the bathtub pan, and drainage from the bathtub drainage port and the bathtub pan drainage port flows into the washing pan pan trap.
The washing place pan trap is a drain trap attached below the washing place pan.
A drain trap is a drain (drainage device) that has a function to prevent odors and pests from flowing backward from the downstream side such as sewage to the upstream side such as indoors. The odor and pests are upstream from this downstream side. The function to prevent backflow to the side is called “trap function”.
The washing place pan trap of this conventional example is configured such that the waste water from the washing place pan drainage port flows in and the drainage from the bathtub pan drainer flows in through the pipe. In particular, in this conventional example, two drainage pipes (“Fokoro pipe” described later) connecting the bathtub pan drainage and the washing place pan trap are provided, and the drainage performance between the bathtub drainage and the washing place pan trap is improved. It is configured to improve.
Moreover, the washing place pan trap is provided with a discharge port for discharging the internal waste water to the sewage side.
The bathtub drain plug is a pipe that connects the bathtub drain outlet and the bathtub pan drainer.
The Futokoro pipe is a drainage pipe that connects the bathtub pan drainer and the washing place pan trap.
The conventional example of the present invention configured as described above is applied to a bathroom as follows.
First, a bathtub pan drainer and a washing place pan trap are connected in parallel via two Futokoro tubes.
Next, connect the drainage pipe on the sewage side to the outlet of the washing basin pan trap, and connect it to the bathtub pan drainage outlet so that the bathtub pan drainer communicates with the bathtub pan and the washing ground pan drainage outlet. Connect the washing pan trap to the washing pan respectively.
Finally, connecting the bathtub drainage port and the bathtub pan drainer while placing the bathtub on the bathtub pan, the connection of the drainage pipe of the conventional example is completed.
In the drainage pipe of the bathroom of the conventional example configured as described above, when drainage is generated in the bathtub, the drainage is finally performed from the bathtub drainage port, through the bathtub piping, the waterproof pan drainer, and the Futokoro pipe. It is discharged to the sewage side through the drain pipe from the outlet of the washing place pan trap.
In particular, in this conventional example, two Futokoro pipes are provided in parallel, and a large amount of bathtub drainage can be efficiently and quickly discharged from the bathtub pan drainer to the washing place pan trap.
In addition, when drainage occurs in the bathtub pan, the drainage is discharged from the bathtub pan outlet to the sewage side through the bathtub pan drainer and the Futokoro pipe, and finally from the outlet of the washing place pan trap through the drain pipe. .
In addition, when wastewater is generated on the washing place pan, the wastewater is discharged from the washing place pan drainage port to the sewage side through the washing place pan trap and from the discharge point of the washing place pan trap through the drainage pipe.
Moreover, in the drainage pipe of the bathroom, the bathtub drain outlet, the bathtub pan drain outlet, and the washing place pan drain outlet are all provided upstream of the washing place pan trap. For this reason, the trap function of the washing place pan trap can prevent odors and pests from flowing back or entering the indoor side from the sewage side through the bathtub drain outlet or the washing place pan drain outlet.
However, the conventional drainage pipes in the bathroom have the following problems.
Problems 1. In the above-described conventional bathroom drainage pipe, when treating drainage from a bathtub, by providing a plurality (two) of Futokoro pipes, the bathtub pan drainer and the washing room pan trap are more than when there is only one Futokoro pipe. The waste water is configured so that it can be treated efficiently. However, even if the drainage between the tub pan drainer and the washing pan pan trap can be efficiently processed, if the trap function part of the tub pan trap downstream of the tub pan trap cannot handle a large amount of drainage, it will eventually drain into the washing pan pan trap. However, the drainage efficiency from the bathtub does not improve. However, the trap function is a mechanism that restricts the flow of drainage, such as adding a backflow prevention valve mechanism to the drainage flow path or providing a drainage reservoir, so that the drainage flows partially from below to above. By providing this, it is configured to prevent intrusion from the sewage side of odors and pests into the indoor side. For this reason, it is not easy to improve the drainage performance of each drain trap.
In this way, even though drainage from the bathtub pan drainer to the bathtub pan trap can be performed efficiently, the drainage performance of the bathroom pan trap is low. The problem arises that it cannot be performed efficiently.
This invention is invented in view of the said problem, Comprising: In the drainage pipe of a bathroom including a bathtub piping, the drainage pipe of a bathroom which can discharge | emit the waste_water | drain from a bathtub to a sewer side efficiently is provided. Is for.

The present invention according to
The present invention according to
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the drainage pipe of the bathroom, a height difference is provided at the inflow position of the first bathtub pipe BP1 and the second bathtub pipe BP2 at the branch portion, and the second bathtub pipe BP2 is provided. The drainage pipe for a bathroom according to any one of paragraphs 0008 to 0013, wherein drainage at a position higher than that of the first bathtub pipe BP1 flows in.

According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, in the drainage pipe of the bathroom described above, the cleaning port 7 communicating with the second bathtub pipe BP2 is provided on the surface of the bathroom. It is the drainage piping of the bathroom as described in any one.
In addition, the “front side of the bathroom” mentioned here is “the living space side of the bathroom”, and more specifically, “in the bathroom, the user of the bathroom destroys the bathroom equipment and the like from the living space side. It is the side that can be operated without having to. For example, the upper surface of the wash basin and the inner surface of the bathtub are the “front side of the bathroom”. Also, if the top surface of the bathtub pan or the outer surface of the bathtub is configured so that a blindfold member that covers the space between the side of the bathtub and the end of the washing area, the so-called `` apron member '' is not removable from the bathtub or the washing area, Because it is a “part where the user of the bathroom cannot operate from the living space side”, it becomes “the back side of the bathroom”, but when the apron member is configured to be removable, the apron member should be destroyed ( Since it becomes “the side where the user of the bathroom can operate from the living space side”, it becomes “the front side of the bathroom”.

As a result, unlike the first bathtub piping, which can easily clean the inside from the washing pan drain outlet, the specific gravity of the second bathtub piping, which is difficult to clean inside the piping as it is, is higher than the drainage. It is possible to prevent the dust that is difficult to be discharged from flowing in.
In this invention of

The drainage pipe of the bathroom of the present invention attached as described above can discharge the wastewater generated in the bathroom to the sewage side as follows.
(1). About drainage from the bathtub UB When drainage occurs in the bathtub UB, the drainage in the bathtub UB is the flow path of the bathtub UB piping of either the first first bathtub piping BP1 or the second bathtub piping BP2. Is discharged to the sewage side.
1st bathtub piping BP1: It passes through the
2nd bathtub piping BP2: It passes through the
In addition, the
(2). About drainage from the bathtub pan P2 When drainage occurs on the bathroom pan, the drainage on the bathtub pan P2 is the flow of one of the following first bathtub piping BP1 or second bathtub piping BP2. It passes through the road and is discharged to the sewage side.
1st bathtub piping BP1: From the bathtub
Second bathtub piping BP2: The bathtub
(3). About drainage from the wash basin pan P1 When drainage occurs on the wash basin pan P1, the drainage on the wash basin pan P1 is discharged from the wash
Above (1). Or (2). In the case of the drainage described in the above, since there are multiple drainage channels including traps, the drainage discharge speed at the trap part is doubled compared to the conventional example, and the drainage discharge is smoother by that amount. There is an effect that it can be performed.
Of the branched bathtub pipes, the pipe connected to the washing area pan trap 4 is the first of the two channels of the first bathtub pipe BP1 and the second bathtub pipe BP2 in the above embodiment. Because there is only one bathtub pipe BP1, the drainage that flows into the second bathtub pipe BP2 does not flow back to the washing
Above (1). To (3). When drainage occurs in the bathtub UB, on the bathtub pan P2 or on the wash basin pan P1, the drainage that passes through the first bathtub pipe BP1 passes through the
In this way, the flow path extending from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface of the
The above (1). Or (2). When drainage occurs in the bathtub UB or on the bathtub pan P2 during the drainage described in 1), the drainage passing through the second bathtub pipe BP2 flows from the bathtub drain port 1 / tub
Thus, in 1st bathtub piping BP1 and 2nd bathtub piping BP2, the part which becomes water-filled by drainage on the flow path of bathtub piping arises, and the part which prevents the backflow of an odor and pests by this water-filled part is It is formed. This portion that prevents the backflow of odors and pests is called sealed water, and the portion that forms this sealed water is called sealed
In the present embodiment, the sealing

In addition, since the drainage is contaminated water after the user of the bathroom has washed the body, dust such as hair and sand particles are mixed therein. These dusts may cause clogging inside the pipe. However, the tube clogging and the like can be eliminated by operating as follows.
In the case where clogging occurs on the first bathtub pipe BP1, the
When tube clogging occurs on the second bathtub pipe BP2, first the
Considering the ease of cleaning, when cleaning the first bathtub piping BP1, it becomes possible to carry out cleaning by taking out the
Among the dust in the drainage that causes the tube clogging, the dust that is particularly likely to cause the tube clogging is a dust having a specific gravity of 1 or more. This is because dust having a specific gravity of less than 1 floats in the drainage along the flow of drainage, and if necessary, moves up and down and is discharged to the downstream side. This is because it is difficult to rise along the drainage flow in the portion where the flow of drainage, such as the sealed
In this embodiment, when draining from the bathtub UB and from the top of the bathtub pan P2, the dust having a specific gravity greater than 1 is naturally accumulated on the bottom of the
On the other hand, the wastewater containing dust whose specific gravity is lighter than 1 flows preferentially into the
