Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drainage joint provided with a perforated member for treating the drainage of a drainage device, and more particularly, to a drainage joint provided with a perforated member for discharging the drainage of a plurality of drainage devices to a drain port. , a perforated plate for preventing backflow from occurring in a drainage pipe to another drainage device connected to a drainage joint equipped with a perforated member , even if a large amount of water is discharged from one drainage device. It relates to a drainage fitting with a member .

Conventionally, a pipe for discharging water generated inside the tank body to the sewer side in equipment that has a tank body and generates drainage when used (hereinafter referred to as "drainage equipment") such as washbowls, sinks, and bathtubs. (drainage piping) is known.
These drain pipes are connected to drain ports provided on the floor or the like, and are constructed so that the drain water generated from the drain equipment is discharged to pipes on the sewage side such as underfloor pipes through the drain ports. In such drainage pipes, a drainage joint for joining a plurality of drainage pipes is often used for the purpose of simplification and efficiency of piping.

The drainage pipe described in Patent Document 1 is provided with two washbowls, which are drainage devices, and the pipes from the washbowls are connected to a drain joint (“connecting part” in Patent Document 1) arranged on the floor surface. By doing so, the drainage pipes of each washbowl are merged into one drainage pipe, and the downstream drainage pipes are treated with one drainage pipe, simplifying the drainage piping and reducing plumbing work. Efficient.

Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-97962

In the above-mentioned drainage pipe, since a plurality of drainage devices are connected by a drainage joint, draining water from one drainage device may affect the drainage pipes of other drainage devices.
Specifically, when a large amount of wastewater is generated from one drainage device in the above-mentioned drainage piping, and the drainage flows vigorously, the drainage from the drainage device is discharged from the drainage joint to the downstream drainage pipe. is not enough, it may flow into the drain pipe of the other connected drain device and flow back into the washbowl.
Specifically, in the above drainage pipe, when a large amount of drainage is generated from one drainage device and the drainage flows vigorously, the drainage from the drainage device cannot be discharged to the downstream drainage pipe in time at the drainage joint. Instead, it may flow into the drain pipe of the other connected drain equipment and flow back.
In particular, as in the example of Patent Document 1, when the connection points of the drainage joint from a plurality of drainage devices are located opposite each other, regardless of the drainage performance (drainage processing capacity) of the drainage pipe, one Drainage from a drainage device may flow vigorously along the drainage pipe, and flow directly into the drainage pipe of the other drainage device at the opposite position, causing a backflow.
As another example, when water is drained from one drainage pipe, air is drawn in from other drainage pipes and discharged to the downstream pipe, resulting in a phenomenon called a siphon phenomenon in which negative pressure is generated in the pipe. be. In this case, in the pipes of other drainage equipment that have been drawn in by the negative pressure, the negative pressure causes air drawing noise such as "gurgling", which gives discomfort to indoor users. In addition, depending on the drainage pipe, odors and pests from the sewage side can be prevented by forming a drainage pool called a sealed water trap in the middle of the pipe, which is called a sealed water trap. In some cases, a member with a function to prevent intrusion into the indoor side of the
This water-sealing type drain trap has a trap function by storing a sufficient amount of waste water inside. was drawn in and flowed downstream, resulting in loss of a trapping function called seal breakage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is a drainage joint that joins pipes from a plurality of drainage devices to prevent backflow from occurring from one drainage device to another drainage device, To provide a drainage joint provided with a perforated plate member capable of preventing the occurrence of noise and sealing breakage due to negative pressure even if a siphon effect occurs during drainage.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 14, the second discharge port 3b is arranged above the collecting portion 4b of the perforated plate member 4. As shown in FIG. That is, the collecting portion 4b of the perforated plate member 4 is provided at the second discharge port 3b.
Next, a bent pipe is connected to the lower end of the bathtub drain main body 6, and a hose pipe is connected to the downstream end of the bent pipe, and the bathtub B is installed in the bathroom. Further, the downstream end of the hose pipe is connected to the first inlet 2a of the joint member main body 1. As shown in FIG. The piping from the bathtub drain main body 6 to the first inlet 2a is hereinafter referred to as "bathtub piping BP".
Next, a straight hard vinyl chloride pipe is connected to the lower end of the wash basin main body 7 so as to hang down, and a bent pipe is connected to the lower end. Furthermore, after connecting a hose pipe to the downstream end of the bent pipe, the downstream end of the hose pipe is connected to the second inlet 3a of the joint member main body 1 . In addition, the piping from this washbowl drain main body 7 to the second inflow port 3a is hereinafter referred to as "washbowl pipe SP".
In this way, the drain piping for the bathroom according to the first embodiment of the present invention is completed.
With the above configuration, the first inlet 2a connected to the bathtub B is less than the second inlet 3a connected to the washbowl S during normal use. A large amount of wastewater is discharged at once. That is, the bathroom drainage pipe of the present invention is such that "the drainage device connected to the first inlet 2a has a larger amount of drainage at one time than the drainage device connected to the second inlet 3a." It is a large amount of "drainage piping."

This embodiment constructed as described above is used as follows.
When drainage occurs in the bathtub B, the drainage in the bathtub B flows from the bathtub drain port 6a through the bathtub pipe BP into the first inlet 2a, passes through the first drain channel 2, and flows into the first inlet 2a. It is discharged directly into the drain port 5 from the first outlet 2b.
Further, when drainage occurs in the washbowl S, the wastewater in the washbowl S flows from the washbowl drain port 7a into the second inflow port 3a through the washbasin pipe SP, and flows into the second inlet 3a on the lower surface of the casing portion 3c. After passing through the opening of the collecting portion 4b of the perforated plate member 4, it is discharged into the drainage port 5 from the second discharge port 3b.
In addition, when the bath water in the bathtub B is spilled and drainage is generated on the floor surface F of the bathroom, the drainage on the floor surface F of the bathroom is collected by the collecting part of the perforated plate member 4 provided at the drain port 5. It flows into the drain port 5 through the collecting portion 4b, which is not covered with the joint member main body 1, and is discharged.
As for the drainage from the bathtub B, since the drainage (bathing water) accumulated in the bathtub B with a large capacity is discharged at once by removing the cap 8, the amount of drainage tends to be large. However, in this embodiment, the first drainage channel 2 and the second drainage channel 3 do not merge in the joint member main body 1 until the drainage is discharged into the drainage port 5. Drainage from one drainage channel 2 , ie, bathroom drainage, does not flow back into the second drainage channel 3 .
In addition, when a large amount of water is discharged from the first water discharge channel 2, a siphon phenomenon occurs in the water discharge port 5, and the inside of the water discharge port 5 becomes negative pressure, air is drawn in by the negative pressure. Since the air passes through the small opening of the collecting portion 4b, it becomes difficult for the air to pass through, and it is difficult for the air to be drawn in due to the negative pressure.
In particular, when the washbowl S is used and the perforated plate member 4 is wet due to the drainage from the washbasin pipe SP, water droplets adhere to the small opening of the collecting part 4b of the perforated plate member 4, which is the surface tension. , and functions to close the opening of the collecting portion 4b, it becomes even more difficult for air to be drawn in due to the negative pressure.
Further, in this embodiment, part of the collecting portion 4b of the perforated plate member 4 provided in the drain port 5 is not covered with the joint member main body 1, and is exposed on the floor surface F of the bathroom. It is possible to suck air into the drain port 5, the first drain channel 2, or the second drain channel 3 from the exposed collection part 4b. Negative pressure due to the siphon effect can be eliminated.
In the structure that takes in air from the drain port 5 as described above, when a large amount of waste water is generated in the first drain channel 2, the second drain channel 3 and the structure part of the intake of the drain port 5 (In the case of this embodiment, the collecting portion 4b at the portion not covered by the joint member main body 1) is similarly provided with the collecting portion 4a, but the drain port 5 is the portion where negative pressure is generated. , most of the intake air is taken from the collection part 4b of the perforated plate member 4 provided at the drain port 5, and hardly any air is taken from the washbowl S drain port 7a. As a result, suction and gurgling noise due to the negative pressure occur at the drain port 4, but hardly occur at the wash basin drain port 7a. The drain port 4 is located farther from the user's ear than the wash basin drain port 7a, and even if a gurgling sound is generated, it is not as loud for the user as when it occurs at the wash drain port 7a. Done.

Although the embodiments of the present invention are as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be freely modified without changing the gist of the invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, a drain trap is arranged between the drain port 5 and the underfloor pipe, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the trap is placed on the bathtub pipe BP and the washbasin pipe SP. Separate drain traps may also be used. At this time, if a water-sealing type drain trap that generates a trap function by storing wastewater as a seal is used on the washbasin pipe SP, the effect of the negative pressure caused by the siphon effect is the object of the present invention. By reducing the water discharge joint provided with the dish member , it is possible to make it difficult for the sealing water to be drawn in by the negative pressure and the seal to lose its trapping function.

Further, in the above embodiment, the bathtub B and the washbowl S are used as the drainage equipment, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be used for other drainage equipment such as a sink and a washing machine. I do not care.

In the above embodiment, the lower end of the first outlet 2b is lower than the second outlet 3b, but the waste water from the second inlet 3a flows back to the first flow path 2 side. In order to prevent this, it is possible to prevent backflow by setting the lower end of the first discharge port 2b to a height position between the lower end of the second inlet 3a and the second discharge port 3b. .
However, as in the embodiment of the present invention, setting the lower end of the first discharge port 2b to a position lower than that of the second discharge port 3b can more reliably prevent backflow.

In the above embodiment, two drainage devices are connected to the drainage joint provided with the perforated plate member , but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. By providing two or more second inlets 3a and connecting drainage pipes from drainage equipment to each of the first inlet 2a and the plurality of second inlets 3a, three or more drainage The drainage joint may be provided with a perforated plate member for treating the drainage of the equipment.
