Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a seat belt device that is installed in a vehicle seat and restrains an occupant with a belt-shaped webbing.
The seat belt device is a safety device for preventing a passenger from jumping forward due to inertial force when a large deceleration acts on the vehicle due to a sudden stop or a collision. The seat belt device restrains an occupant to a seat using belt-shaped webbing. The webbing is configured such that its root side is wound and accommodated on a retractor, and pulled out from the retractor by pulling a tongue plate provided on the tip side thereof. In recent years, a type of retractor that is built in the upper part of the seat, specifically, the upper side part of the seat back that is the backrest has become widespread.
Many retractors have acceleration sensors. This acceleration sensor detects acceleration that has suddenly occurred in the vehicle, and is provided to prepare for an emergency such as a collision. The retractor is configured to fix the spindle (the shaft member that winds up the webbing) and to restrain the occupant by the webbing when the acceleration sensor detects a large acceleration (deceleration) that occurs at the time of collision.
A general acceleration sensor has a structure that detects acceleration by movement of a built-in ball. In order for the acceleration sensor having such a structure to function normally, it is necessary to keep the posture set as the initial state constant regardless of the inclination angle of the seat back. Therefore, for example, in the retractor described in Patent Document 1, an angle detection unit is provided in a shaft member that is the center of the tilting operation of the seat back, and the rotation of the angle detection unit is transmitted to the retractor by a transmission unit (wire). By communicating, the attitude of the retractor including the acceleration sensor is adjusted according to the angle of the seat back.
The transmission means described in Patent Document 1 has a configuration in which a wire is covered with a wire casing at least at an end portion thereof. And this wire casing is inserted in the angle detection means, and both members are connected. However, when a retractor having such a configuration is used, if friction or rattling occurs between the angle detection means and the wire casing as the angle detection means rotates, it becomes a source of abnormal noise. In addition, the holding position of the wire casing may change. This change in the holding position may cause an error in the feeding length of the wire and may cause the acceleration sensor function to be deteriorated by shifting the posture of the acceleration sensor that should be kept constant.
In view of such problems, the present invention has a retractor having an acceleration sensor provided on a seat back, an angle detection unit that rotates together with the seat back, and a wire that links the attitude of the acceleration sensor of the retractor with the rotation of the angle detection unit. An object of the present invention is to provide a seat belt apparatus including a wire casing that covers the wire, and capable of preventing the occurrence of friction and backlash between the wire casing and the angle detection unit or the retractor.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a typical configuration of a seat belt device according to the present invention includes a retractor provided on a seat back that has an acceleration sensor and can be tilted in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and supports the seat back so as to be tiltable. An angle detection unit that is provided concentrically with the seat back on the shaft member and rotates in conjunction with the tilting operation of the seat back, and the angle detection unit and the retractor are connected to link the attitude of the acceleration sensor to the rotation of the angle detection unit. The wire includes a wire and a wire casing that covers a portion of the wire that is connected to the angle detection unit. The angle detection unit includes a groove portion into which the wire casing is fitted, and the groove portion projects toward the wire casing on the inner wall thereof. It has a rib.
Since the rib of the angle detection unit is provided with a rib, there is less room for the wire casing to move in the groove. Therefore, the occurrence of friction and backlash between the angle detection unit and the wire casing is suppressed, and the generation of abnormal noise and the deterioration of function can be prevented.
In order to solve the above problems, another typical configuration of the seat belt device according to the present invention includes a retractor provided on a seat back that has an acceleration sensor and can be tilted in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and the seat back can be tilted. An angle detection unit that is provided concentrically with the seat back on the shaft member that supports the seat, and rotates in conjunction with the tilting operation of the seat back, and the angle detection unit and the retractor are connected, and the attitude of the acceleration sensor is adjusted to rotate the angle detection unit. The wire includes a wire to be interlocked and a wire casing that covers a portion of the wire that is connected to the retractor. The retractor further includes a groove portion into which the wire casing is fitted, and the groove portion is a rib that protrudes toward the wire casing on the inner wall thereof. It is characterized by having.
Since the rib portion is provided in the groove portion of the retractor, there is less room for the wire casing to move in the groove portion. Therefore, the occurrence of friction and backlash between the retractor and the wire casing can be suppressed, and the generation of abnormal noise and the deterioration of the function can be prevented.
The rib may have elasticity, and the wire casing may be fitted into the groove portion in contact with the rib. According to this configuration, since the wire casing can be gripped by the rib in the groove portion, it is possible to efficiently prevent friction and backlash between the inner wall of the groove portion and the wire casing.
And a wire casing that covers a portion of the wire that is connected to the angle detection unit or the retractor. Each of the angle detection unit or the retractor includes a groove portion into which the wire casing is fitted. It has a rib protruding toward the inner wall.
Since the wire casing is provided with ribs, there is less room for the wire casing to move in the groove. Therefore, the occurrence of friction and backlash between the retractor / angle detector and the wire casing is suppressed, and the generation of abnormal noise and the deterioration of the function can be prevented.
The rib may have elasticity, and the wire casing may be fitted into the groove portion with the rib contacting the groove portion. According to this configuration, since the position of the wire casing can be fixed by the rib in the groove portion, it is possible to efficiently prevent friction and rattling between the inner wall of the groove portion and the wire casing.
Said wire casing may have a predetermined flange part along the outer peripheral direction of an outer surface, and a groove part may have a recessed part which can engage | insert a flange part in the inner wall. When the flange portion is fitted into the recess, the wire casing is less likely to move in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress the occurrence of friction and backlash between the wire casing and the inner wall of the groove.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the seatbelt retractor which can prevent generation | occurrence | production of friction and rattling between a wire casing, an angle detection part, and a retractor can be provided.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a
The
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the
As illustrated in FIG. 2A, the
An
In order for the
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the
FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the
When the seat back 106 (see FIG. 1) is tilted rearward of the vehicle, the
On the other hand, the inside of the
The
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view at each position of the
Moreover, the
In addition, the site | part which provides a rib is not restricted to the
The configuration described above is also adopted in the retractor 108 (see FIG. 2A). FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of the
As illustrated in FIG. 5A, a portion of the

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a
FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view illustrating the
The
