The invention directly fixes the steel cable on two parts of the relative motion of the seat angle adjuster, and converts the length change of the steel cable at the angle adjuster end into the length change of the steel cable at the retractor end through a lever mechanism, thereby transmitting the angle change of the seat back to the seat belt retractor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle safety belt adjustment, and particularly relates to a seat back angle mechanical sensor for a seat back retractor, which can transmit angle change of a vehicle seat back to the seat back-mounted seat back.
Background
In order to realize space diversity, the seat is often designed with a relatively large fore-and-aft adjustment range, and at this time, if the seat belt is still arranged on the vehicle body, the seat belt can extend too far in some cases, and a proper wearing angle cannot be found, so that discomfort is caused. Therefore, for a vehicle type with a large seat front-rear adjustment space, the seatbelt retractor is provided on the seat back so that the seatbelt retractor moves together with the seat back.
When the seat belt retractor is arranged on the backrest, the seat belt retractor can change angle along with the adjustment of the backrest, the vehicle feel of the retractor is related to the gravity direction, and when the backrest adjustment angle is too large, the seat belt can fail. If the safety belt still needs to be not invalid at this time, the angle change of the seat back needs to be transmitted to the retractor, so that the aim of ensuring that the retractor can still work normally is fulfilled.
The existing implementation scheme is that an angle sensing device is arranged on the outer side of an angle adjuster and is provided with an upper fixing claw and a lower fixing claw, the fixing claw at the upper end is fixed on a seat backrest, the fixing claw at the lower end is fixed on a bracket extending out of a seat cushion framework metal plate, and when the backrest rotates, the upper fixing claw and the lower fixing claw drive two parts of the sensor to relatively rotate and move so as to drive a steel cable in the sensor, so that sensing is realized.
CN215513592U discloses a compensating assembly for a seatbelt retractor, a planetary gear train device is connected to a first connecting device, a second connecting device and a retractor respectively, the adjustment of the first connecting device and the second connecting device is related to the angle of the retractor, the planetary gear train device is connected with the retractor to directly compensate the angle of the retractor, a sun gear is connected with the first connecting device, a planetary gear engaged around the sun gear is rotatably mounted on a planet carrier, the planet carrier is connected with the retractor, and a gear ring is engaged with the planetary gear outside the planetary gear and is connected with the second connecting device. The invention also relates to a car seat comprising the compensation assembly. According to the compensation component and the automobile seat thereof, the adjustment of the first connecting device and the adjustment of the second connecting device are fed back to the retractor in real time through the planetary gear train device to perform angle compensation, and the retractor is adjusted accordingly, so that the safety belt can be normally used in the full adjustment stroke of the seat.
