  1. 第１の領域と、第２の領域と、を有し、
    前記第１の領域は、
    反射電極層と、
    前記反射電極層上のＥＬ層と、
    前記ＥＬ層上の透明導電層と、
    前記透明導電層上の第１の導電層と、を有し、
    前記第２の領域は、
    前記反射電極層と、
    前記ＥＬ層と、
    前記透明導電層と、を有し、
    前記透明導電層は、前記第１の領域において上面に第１の部分を有し、且つ下面に第２の部分を有し、
    前記透明導電層は、前記第２の領域において上面に第３の部分を有し、且つ下面に第４の部分を有し、
    前記第１の導電層は、前記第１の部分に接し、且つ前記第３の部分に接しないように設けられ、
    前記ＥＬ層は、前記第２の部分に接し、且つ前記第４の部分に接するように設けられ、
    前記第１の導電層は、半透過・半反射性を有することを特徴とする発光装置。
  2. 請求項１において、
    前記第１の導電層は、前記透明導電層より電気抵抗が低いことを特徴とする発光装置。
  3. 請求項１又は２において、
    前記第１の領域は、前記第１の導電層を有することにより、前記ＥＬ層が発する特定波長領域の光の強度が相対的に高められることを特徴とする発光装置。
  4. 請求項１又は２において、
    前記第１の領域は、前記第１の導電層を有することにより、前記ＥＬ層が発する青色を呈する光の強度が相対的に高められることを特徴とする発光装置。
