Claims (7)
- 前記セラミック粒子は、直径1〜50nmの平均孔径サイズを有し、平均粒子サイズが0.05〜500ミクロンであり、直径5〜500nmの一次粒子の凝集体を含み、
前記セラミック粒子は、凝集剤をエマルションに加えることなく、セラミック前駆物質及び生物学的物質を含む極性相が非極性相中に分散された乳液から、前記一次粒子を凝集させることによって形成され、前記セラミック粒子は残余の凝集剤フリーである、放出可能な生物学的物質を含むセラミック粒子。 - 前記一次粒子の直径が5〜100nmである、請求項1記載のセラミック粒子。
- 前記セラミック粒子は、直径1〜10nmの平均孔径サイズを有する、請求項1又は2記載のセラミック粒子。
- a)非極性溶媒に溶解した界面活性剤の溶液を、前記セラミック前駆物質および生物学的物質と混合して、乳液を形成すること;及び
b)生物学的物質を含むセラミック粒子を形成するために、前記乳液中に凝集剤を添加することなく、前記乳液中で前記一次粒子を凝集させること;を含み、
前記セラミック前駆物質は、直径が5〜500nmの一次粒子を含むゾルであるセラミック前駆体を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のセラミック粒子。 - 生物学的物質がタンパク質を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のセラミック粒子。
- 生物学的物質が、粒子全体に渡って実質的に均一に分布している、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のセラミック粒子。
- 生物学的物質が、粒子から放出された後でも生物学的に活性を持つ、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセラミック粒子。
