Abstract
【解決手段】粉体散布装置15は、所定形状のセラミックグリーンシートを搬送する搬送装置の上方に配置され、セラミックグリーンシートの表面に焼成時のスペーサシートとの接合を抑制する粉体を散布する。粉体散布装置15は、底部開口2bに網部材4が取り付けられたホッパー2と、ホッパー2を振動させる振動機3と、ホッパー2内に網部材4と接するように配設された回転体5と、回転体5を網部材4に擦らせながら回転させる駆動手段6とを備えている。回転体5は、例えばブラシローラである。

Description
図1に、本発明の一実施形態に係る積層自動化システム1を示す。この積層自動化システム1は、セラミックシートの製造に用いられるものであり、帯状のセラミックグリーンテープ(図示せず)から所定形状のセラミックグリーンシート8とスペーサシート9の積層体10を自動的に作製する。
次に、図2(a)および(b)を参照して、粉体散布装置15の詳細を説明する。粉体散布装置15は、搬送装置14を跨ぐ門型フレーム15Aに支持されており、粉体7が投入されるホッパー2と、ホッパー2を振動させる振動機3を備えている。

Claims (6)
- スペーサシートに積層された状態で焼成される所定形状のセラミックグリーンシートを搬送する搬送装置の上方に配置され、前記セラミックグリーンシートの表面に焼成時の前記スペーサシートとの接合を抑制する粉体を散布する粉体散布装置であって、
底部開口に網部材が取り付けられ、前記粉体が投入されるホッパーと、
前記ホッパーを振動させる振動機と、
前記ホッパー内に前記網部材と接するように配設された回転体と、
前記回転体を前記網部材に擦らせながら回転させる駆動手段と、
を備える、粉体散布装置。 - 前記回転体は、当該回転体の回転方向において前記網部材の上流側では前記ホッパーの内周面との間に所定の隙間が形成され、前記網部材の下流側では前記ホッパーの内周面に接するように配設されている、請求項1に記載の粉体散布装置。
- 所定形状のセラミックグリーンシートおよびスペーサシートを進行方向に交互に並んだ状態で搬送する搬送装置と、
