Description
Claims (19)
- 内部にピストン(30)を備える圧縮室(21)を画定するシリンダ(20)を内部に取り付けたシェル(10)と、
シェル(10)に内部で取り付けられる固定部(41)および固定部(41)に対して往復運動する可動部(42)を有するリニア電気モータ(40)と、
リニア電気モータ(40)の可動部(42)に取り付けられて、往復運動する前記可動部(42)によって駆動される作動手段(50)と、
前記作動手段(50)とピストン(30)とがコンプレッサの動作時に往復運動で変位されるように作動手段(50)をピストン(30)に連結する連結手段(60a)と
を備えるリニアコンプレッサであって、
連結手段(60a)が、
作動手段(50)をシェル(10)に接続し、リニア電気モータ(40)の可動部(42)と作動手段(50)とによって形成されるアセンブリに作用する横負荷を支持して、
前記横負荷の影響を受けて生じるリニア電気モータ(40)の前記可動部(42)と固定部(41)との間の軸方向のずれを最小限に抑えることができる半径方向剛性を有する支持弾性手段(70)を備え、
前記支持弾性手段(70)が、ピストン(30)と作動手段(50)との所望の変位を可能にするように最小の軸方向剛性を有することを特徴とする、コンプレッサ。 - 支持弾性手段(70)が、リニア電気モータ(40)の固定部(41)の軸に直交する面に配置される少なくとも1つのバネまたはバネの一部によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 支持弾性手段(70)が、1枚の板バネによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 1枚の板バネ(71)が、螺旋状の複数の中間部分(73)によって相互に接続される2つの同心環状部分(72a、72b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のコンプレッサ。
- シェル(10)が、互いに密閉装着される少なくとも2つの同軸部分で形成され、前記少なくとも1つのバネ(71)が、前記2つのシェル部分の間に取り付けられる半径方向外側部分(72a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 支持弾性手段(70)が、リニア電気モータ(40)の固定部(41)の軸と同軸であり、作動手段(50)に連結される一端(74a)とシェル(10)に連結される反対端(74b)とを有する少なくとも1つの円筒状コイルバネ(74)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 円筒状コイルバネ(74)が、作動手段(50)に隣接する連結手段(60)の端部領域を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 連結手段(60)が、弾性手段(60a)であること、および作動手段(50)をシェル(10)に接続する支持弾性手段(70)が、前記作動手段(50)とピストン(30)とがコンプレッサの動作時に往復運動して逆位相で変位されるように最小の軸方向剛性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- ピストン(30)が弾性手段(60a)に直接連結されるコンプレッサであって、
ピストン(30)をシェル(10)に接続し、ピストン(30)に作用する横負荷を支持して前記横負荷の影響によって生じる、圧縮室(21)に対するピストン(30)の軸方向のずれを最小限に抑えることができる半径方向剛性を有する追加の支持弾性手段(8)を備え、
前記追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、ピストン(30)と作動手段(50)との逆位相の所望の変位を可能にするように最小の軸方向剛性を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコンプレッサ。 - ピストン(30)に隣接する弾性手段(60a)の端部(61)をシェル(10)に接続し、弾性手段(60a)の前記端部(61)に作用する横負荷を支持して前記横負荷の影響によって生じる圧縮室(21)に対する弾性手段(60a)の端部(61)の軸方向のずれを最小限に抑えることができる半径方向剛性を有する追加の支持弾性手段(80)を備え、
前記追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、ピストン(30)と作動手段(50)との逆位相の所望の変位を可能にするように最小の軸方向剛性を有すること特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコンプレッサ。 - ピストン(30)が、弾性手段(60a)に剛性連結されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- ピストン(30)が、関節手段(31)によって弾性手段(60a)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 支持弾性手段(70)および追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、前記弾性手段の他方の軸方向剛性と協働してシェル(10)に加わる軸方向の力を解消するように画定された個々の軸方向剛性を有することを特徴とする、請求項9または10のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、ピストン(30)の軸に直交する面に配置される少なくとも1つのバネ(81)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9、請求項10、請求項11、請求項12または13のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、1枚の板バネ(81)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 1枚の板バネ(81)が、螺旋状の複数の中間部分(83)によって互いに接続される2つの同心環状部分(82a、82b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のコンプレッサ。
- シェル(10)が、互いに密閉装着される少なくとも2つの同軸部分で形成され、前記少なくとも1つのバネ(81)が、前記2つのシェル部分の間に取り付けられる半径方向外側部分(82a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項14、請求項15または16のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 追加の支持弾性手段(80)が、ピストン(30)の軸と同軸であり、ピストン(30)に連結される一端とシェル(10)に連結される反対端とを有する少なくとも1つの円筒状コイルバネ(84)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9、請求項10、請求項11、請求項12または13のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 円筒状コイルバネ(84)が、作動手段(50)に隣接する弾性手段(60a)の端部を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のコンプレッサ。
