Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 大腿骨の切除された先端に取り付けられる膝用補綴具の大腿骨構成要素の選択を容易にするためのサイズ設定キャリパであって、
少なくとも1つの背側の大腿骨の顆を有する大腿骨の、前記切除された先端に係合するように構成され、前記背側の大腿骨の顆の少なくとも1つに参照されるキャリパ本体と、
ドリルガイド本体と、
スタイラスタワーと、
前記スタイラスタワーに結合され、大腿骨の腹側の顆の表面に隣接して配置されるように構成されたスタイラスとを具備し、
前記キャリパ本体、前記ドリルガイド本体及び前記スタイラスタワーは、互いに摺動可能に連結され、これにより、前記キャリパ本体及び前記スタイラスタワーが前記ドリルガイド本体に対して対向方向に直線状に移動されたとき、前記キャリパ本体及び前記スタイラスタワーが前記ドリルガイド本体に対して等しい比率で直線状に移動されるキャリパ。 - 前記キャリパ本体、前記ドリルガイド本体及び前記スタイラスタワーは、これらを通って側方に延びているリンクピンによって互いに摺動可能に連結されている請求項1のキャリパ。
- 前記キャリパ本体、前記ドリルガイド本体及び前記スタイラスタワーは、ラックピニオン形態によって互いに摺動可能に連結されている請求項1のキャリパ。
- 前記キャリパ本体及び前記スタイラスタワーの各々には、歯状のラックが設けられ、前記リンクピンには、前記歯状のラックと係合するピニオンギヤが設けられている請求項3のキャリパ。
- 前記キャリパ本体は、さらに、前記キャリパ本体に着脱可能に結合されるベース部分を有し、前記ベース部分は、前記背側の大腿骨の顆の少なくとも1つに対して前記キャリパ本体を参照するために、大腿骨の前記背側の大腿骨の顆の表面の少なくとも1つに隣接して配置されるように構成されている請求項1のキャリパ。
- 前記ベース部分は、前記背側の大腿骨の顆の表面の少なくとも1つと接触するための1対のパドルを有する請求項5のキャリパ。
- 前記キャリパ本体は、さらに、前記キャリパ本体に枢動可能に結合されるベース部分を有し、前記ベース部分は、前記背側の大腿骨の顆の少なくとも1つに対して前記キャリパ本体を参照するために、大腿骨の前記背側の大腿骨の顆の表面の少なくとも1つに隣接して配置されるように構成されている請求項1のキャリパ。
- 前記ベース部分は、前記背側の大腿骨の顆の表面の少なくとも1つと接触するための1対のパドルを有する請求項7のキャリパ。
- 前記キャリパ本体、前記ドリルガイド本体及び前記スタイラスタワーの各々には、少なくとも1つのスロットが設けられ、前記スロットにはリンクピンが通って延び、前記キャリパ本体、前記ドリルガイド本体及び前記スタイラスタワーを摺動可能に連結している請求項1のキャリパ。
