Abstract
自己洗浄表面と、疎水特性及び親水特性のうちの1つ又は複数を有する自己洗浄表面を形成する方法と、を提示する。
【解決手段】
自己洗浄表面と、疎水特性及び親水特性のうちの1つ又は複数を有する自己洗浄表面を形成する方法と、が提示される。自己洗浄表面は、基材上に付される第1のナノ粒子から形成された第1の層を備える。次いで第1のナノ粒子に付着する第2のナノ粒子の第2の層が第1の層上に形成される。

Claims (21)
- 自己洗浄表面を形成するための方法であって、
第1のナノ粒子を、前記第1のナノ粒子の少なくとも大部分がそれぞれ外殻内に入れられるようにコーティングすることと、
前記コーディングされた第1のナノ粒子を基材に付すことであって、前記外殻が前記基材に付された前記第1のナノ粒子同士の間に間隔を設けることと、
前記外殻の少なくとも一部を取り除くことと、
第2のナノ粒子を含む混合物を前記基材の前記表面上の前記間隔をあけた第1のナノ粒子に付することと、
前記表面を焼成して自己洗浄表面を構成することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1のナノ粒子がSiO2を含み、第2のナノ粒子がTiO2を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のナノ粒子を、前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも大部分がそれぞれ外殻内に入れられるようにコーティングすることが、少なくとも温度に応じて体積変化を生じる材料で前記第1のナノ粒子をコーティングすることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記体積変化を生じる材料が、ヒドロゲルを含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- コーティングされた第1のナノ粒子を基材に付することが、前記コーティングされた第1のナノ粒子を前記基材にスプレーすることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、ガラス、セラミック、又は金属のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記外殻を取り除くことが、前記コーティングされた第1のナノ粒子を乾燥させて前記外殻を取り除き、前記第1のナノ粒子が前記外殻の寸法に応じて前記基材上に間隔をあけて配置されるようにすることをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合物を付することが、TiO2混合物を前記第1のナノ粒子に付することをさらに含み、前記第2のナノ粒子が、TiO2ナノ粒子を含み、前記TiO2混合物は、ドープ又は非ドープの一方である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記TiO2ナノ粒子が、SiO2ナノ粒子に付着して、TiO2光触媒ナノ粒子を載せた表面を形成する請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のナノ粒子が、前記自己洗浄表面に疎水性を付与し、前記第2のナノ粒子が、前記自己洗浄表面に親水性を付与する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基材と、
前記基材上に配置された複数の第1のナノ粒子から形成された第1の層であって、前記第1のナノ粒子が前記基材上に間隔をあけて配置され、微小隆起を形成する、第1の層と、
前記第1の層に付され、前記第1のナノ粒子に付着する複数の第2のナノ粒子から形成された第2の層であって、前記第2のナノ粒子は前記微小隆起上にナノロッドを形成する、第2の層と、
を備える自己洗浄表面。 - 前記第1のナノ粒子がSiO2粒子を含み、第2のナノ粒子がTiO2粒子を含む請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 前記基材が、ガラス、セラミック、又は金属のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 前記複数の第1のナノ粒子が、前記第1のナノ粒子をポリマー殻内に入れることによって間隔をあけられ、前記ポリマー殻が、前記複数の第2のナノ粒子が前記複数の第1のナノ粒子に付される前に取り除かれる請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 前記ポリマー殻が、ヒドロゲルを含み、前記ポリマー殻が、乾燥させることによって取り除かれる請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 前記自己洗浄表面構造を焼成して前記自己洗浄表面を仕上げ、前記第1のナノ粒子が前記自己洗浄表面に少なくとも疎水性を付与し、前記第2のナノ粒子が親水性を付与する請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 前記第2のナノ粒子によって媒介される水からの光触媒変換から生成される反応性ラジカルを使用して汚染物質を分解する請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 少なくとも部分的に疎水性であり、約90度から約175度までの範囲の接触角を有する請求項11に記載の自己洗浄表面。
- 水及び汚染物質をはじく自己洗浄表面を形成するための方法であって、
第1のナノ粒子を基材上に間隔をあけて配置することと、
前記表面上の前記第1のナノ粒子を焼成して、前記第1のナノ粒子を前記基材に固定することと、
第2のナノ粒子を含む混合物を前記第1のナノ粒子に付して表面構造を形成することと、
前記表面構造を焼成し、前記表面構造が、少なくとも前記第1のナノ粒子で水をはじき、少なくとも前記第2のナノ粒子で汚染物質を分解するように構成することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記表面構造が、疎水性であり、約90度から約175度までの範囲の接触角を有する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第1のナノ粒子を間隔をあけて配置することは、
前記第1のナノ粒子をポリマー殻でコーティングすることと、
前記コーディングされた第1のナノ粒子を前記基材に付することと、
前記第1のナノ粒子が前記ポリマー殻のサイズに応じて間隔をあけて配置されるように前記ポリマー殻を少なくとも部分的に取り除くことと、
をさらに含む請求項20に記載の方法。
