Claims (9)
- 羽根付きホイールドラムの表面に延在するシール構造(26)の一部を形成している環状のシール用ワイパ(27)を検査するための装置であって、環状のレールを形成している前記シール構造(26)の少なくとも一部分との接触に適した少なくとも2つの案内ホイール(36)を間隔を空けて配置させて有しているキャリッジ(11、11A、11B)を備えており、前記キャリッジが、少なくとも1つのプローブ(13)を、前記ホイールが前記環状のレールに係合しているときに、検査対象の前記ワイパの縁に面して該ワイパの縁から所定の距離(d)に位置するような位置に配置させて保持していることを特徴とする、装置。
- ホイール(36)が、溝を有する形式であり、前記プローブ(13)の軸および前記ホイールの溝の底部が、実質的に同一平面にあり、前記プローブが、2つのホイールの間に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリッジが、検査対象のワイパに面するために適している横フランク(39)を、プローブの端部の各側から突き出させて有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリッジが、前記環状のレールに接触して検査対象のワイパに対する前記プローブ(13)の定位を安定させるために適した少なくとも1つの追加の案内ホイール(41)を、他の2つのホイールを含んでいる平面に平行な平面に配置させて備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリッジ(11B)が、複数のプローブ(13)を有しており、該複数のプローブ(13)は、各々のプローブが検査の際に該当のワイパの縁に面して該ワイパの縁から所定の距離に位置するような方法で、間隔を空けて位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリッジが、前記プローブの間の間隔を調節するための手段を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ドラムを受け止めるために適しており、回転軸を中心にして回転するターンテーブル(17)をさらに備えており、ドラムが、ドラムの対称の主軸がターンテーブルの前記回転軸(Y)に一致するような方法で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- アーム(19)を有するロボット(15)をさらに備えており、前記キャリッジが、前記アームの端部に取り付けられ、前記ロボットが、前記ドラムの種々のワイパを検査すべくターンテーブルに対する前記キャリッジの位置を調節するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 上述のプローブまたは上述のプローブの各々が、渦電流プローブであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
