Claims (6)
- 中央部にハブが形成され、該ハブの後側に回転軸が突出し、前記ハブの外側に複数のローターブレードが結合されたローターと、
該ローターの後側にタワーの上部の外側に配置され、円筒形胴体の内側面に固定子が結合されたハウジングと、該ハウジングの内側に回転可能に結合されて前記ローターの回転により回転作動される回転子とから構成されて電力を発電する発電機と、
前記タワーの上端に固定され、前面に前記ハウジングが固定されて、前記ローター及び発電機がタワーに一体に結合されるようにする支持ブラケットとを備えていることを特徴とする前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。 - 前記ハウジングの前面及び後面に前記回転軸が挿入されるように貫通された貫通孔が形成され、
該貫通孔の内側面に前記回転軸を支持するベアリングが備えられ、
前記回転子の中央部に前記回転軸が挿入されて結合される結合孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。 - 前記回転軸が、
前記ハブと結合される前側の直径が後側の直径より徐々に大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。 - 前記回転軸の後側が、開放された円筒形に形成されて前記ハブの後側に一体に延長形成され、
前記回転子の中央部に前記回転軸が挿入されて一体に結合される円筒形の結合孔が形成され、
前記支持ブラケットの前側に前記ハウジング及び回転軸の内部を通過して前記ハブが回転可能に結合される固定軸が突出固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。 - 前記回転軸の後側が、開放された円筒形に形成されて前記ハブの後側に一体に延長形成され、
前記ハウジングの前面に前記回転軸が挿入されるようにハウジングの内側方に円筒形に折曲形成され、内側面に前記回転軸を支持するベアリングが結合された軸挿入孔が形成され、
前記回転子の中央部に前記回転軸の直径と対応する直径に形成されて回転軸の端部に一体に固定される結合管が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。 - 前記回転軸の後側が、開放された円筒形に形成されて前記ハブの後側に一体に延長形成され、
前記回転子の中央部に前記回転軸と対応する直径に貫通形成されて回転軸の端部が一体に固定される結合孔が形成され、
前記支持ブラケットの前側に前面が開放されて前記支持ブラケットの内側空間と連通され、前記ハウジングの内側に挿入固定され、外側端部に前記回転軸が回転可能に結合されるようにベアリングが結合された支持管が突出形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前方配置型発電機を有する風力発電機。
