Claims (5)
- 車両の安全ケージから突出し、バンパーを支えるように適合される一つの端部(16)を有し、1400MPaを上回る引張強度を有する、車両用のサイドレールであって、安全ケージから突出する端部(16)が、少なくとも0.4mの長さにわたって、1000MPa未満の降伏点をもつ、より低い強度を有することを特徴とする、上記サイドレール。
- 突出する端部が、少なくとも0.2mの長さと800MPa未満の引張強度をもつ外側部分、及び外側部分より高い引張強度をもつ内側部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のサイドレール。
- 内側部分又は外側部分が、車両の内側に向かって、次第に、引張強度が増大する、2つ又はそれ以上の部分を、少なくとも、含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のサイドレール。
- 突出する端部が、1400MPaを上回る引張強度をもつ、最外側部分(25)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のサイドレール。
- サイドレールが、前部サイドレールであり、突出する部分(16)の後ろに、縦方向S−ベンド(15)と、低部パネルの下に伸び、そこに熔接される後部分(14)を含み、後部分とS−ベンドの双方が1400MPaを上回る引張強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のサイドレール。
