Claims (12)
- 電解質流動を伴う電気化学セルであって、前記電気化学セルは、平行で、且つ、平坦な主面を有する少なくとも2つの電極を備え、前記各電極(5;5a、5b)は、前記電極の前記主面と垂直な複数の貫通流路の網状体を有する構造体(9)を備え、
前記構造体(9)は、炭素ベースであり、且つ、炭素ベースの頑丈な枠(10)により囲まれた複数の側面を備える、
ことを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 少なくとも異なる2つの注入口と、少なくとも1つの排出口とを備え、前記各注入口は電極と一体化される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記枠(10)は、ガラス状炭素から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセル。
- 前記構造体(9)は、ガラス状炭素から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のセル。
- 前記電極(5)は、炭素ベースの内枠(12)により少なくとも2つの部分に分けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のセル。
- 前記枠(10)は、銅によりめっきされ、且つ、溶接により金属電流コレクタ(8;8a、8b)に接続された外面の少なくとも1つの領域(11)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のセル。
- 前記複数の貫通流路の網状体は、蜂の巣の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のセル。
- 前記電極を配置するための内部リブ(14)が設けられた筐体(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のセル。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のセルの製造方法であって、
前記電極の形成は、
− 第1の炭素のベースの熱硬化樹脂を含浸させて、前記複数の貫通流路の網状体を備える暫定支持体(13)を形成し、
− 少なくとも第2の炭素ベースの熱硬化樹脂を備える混合物により、前記暫定支持体(13)の周りに前記枠(10)を成型し、
− 前記混合物を硬化させ、
− 前記複数の電極(5)を形成するようにスライスし、
− 炭素ベースの構造体(9)と炭素ベースの枠(10)とを得るための熱処理を行う、
ことを備えることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記暫定支持体(13)は紙から形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記枠(10)を構成する前記混合物は、炭素繊維と不活性溶媒とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の製造方法。
- 銅による前記枠(10)の外面の前記領域(11)のめっきと、金属電流コレクタ(8)の溶接とを連続的に備えることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1つに記載の製造方法。
