Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、巻線型回転子ブラシレス二重給電モータであり、固定子が、極対数それぞれp1、p2の2組の三相巻線を備え、回転子が、多相巻線型巻線を備え、相数mが式m=(p1+p2)/mkを満たし、p1+p2が奇数の時、mk=1、p1+p2が偶数の時、mk=2であり、回転子スロットがエアギャップの円周上に均等に分布し、回転子スロット数Z´が式Z´=n(p1+p2)を満たし、nは正の整数であり、回転子巻線コイルが多重巻構造、各相巻線コイルのコイル数はnmkであり、各コイルはスパンが等しいがコイル間の巻数比は異なり、相巻線コイル数≦nmkのとき、相巻線中の全てのコイルが、直列に接続された後、自己短絡接続される。

Description
この種のスロット高調波起磁力には、以下の2つの主な特徴がある。
これは、非常に簡単に証明できる。整数スロット巻線を例にとると、度数νの高調波に対する正常な巻線係数は一般的にkdyν=kdykyνで表され、ここで、
スロット高調波は一般に対になって現れる。たとえば、一次のスロット高調波ν=2mq±1においては、度数ν=2mq−1のスロット高調波の極対数p2=Z−p1は、度数ν=2mq+1に対応するスロット高調波の極対数p2=Z+p1と比べて少ないので、低次スロット高調波と呼ばれる。次に、三相対称整数スロット巻線を例として、その起磁力の回転方向を分析する。
Claims (4)
- 固定子が、極対数がそれぞれp1、p2の2組の三相巻線を備え、回転子が、多相巻線型巻線を備え、相数mが関係式m=(p1+p2)/mkを満たし、ここでp1+p2が奇数の時、mk=1、p1+p2が偶数の時、mk=2であり、回転子スロットがエアギャップの円周上に均等に分布し、回転子スロット数Z´が関係式Z´=n(p1+p2)を満たし、ここで、nは正の整数であり、回転子巻線コイルが多重巻き構造であり、各相巻線コイルのコイル数はnmkであり、各コイルはスパンが等しいがコイル間の巻数比は異なり、相巻線コイル数≦nmkのとき、相巻線中の全てのコイルが、スロット番号に従って順次直列に接続された後、自己短絡接続されることを特徴とする、巻線型回転子ブラシレス二重給電モータ。
- モータの回転子の相巻線中の全てのコイル巻数が等しく、各コイルのスパンが等しく、相巻線のコイル数<nmkの時、相巻線中の全てのコイルが、スロット番号に従って順次直列に接続された後、自己短絡接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の巻線型回転子ブラシレス二重給電モータ。
- モータの回転子の相巻線中にバッキングコイルが含まれ、コイル数<nmkであり、各コイルスパンが等しく、相巻線中の全てのコイルが、直列に接続された後、自己短絡接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の巻線型回転子ブラシレス二重給電モータ。
- モータの回転子のスロット断面積が、導体のスロット充填ファクタが互いに等しいという原則に基づいて設計され、巻数の異なるコイルを使用するか、または巻数の等しいコイルを使用してコイル数<nmkの時、回転子は、スロット断面積が異なる非均等スロット型となることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の巻線型回転子ブラシレス二重給電モータ。
