Abstract

Claims (5)
- 光入射ポート(15)及び光射出ポート(20)と対向する凹面ホログラフィック回折格子(2)の正確な位置決めを可能にする格子の調整可能なホルダ(1)であって、前記ホルダは、前記格子(2)に固定された格子ヒンジ(10)を具備し、前記格子ヒンジ(10)は、前記ホルダ(1)に関する前記格子の位置の回転調整を可能にし、前記回転調整の中心点は前記格子(2)の頂点に位置している、ホルダ。
- 前記格子ヒンジ(10)が、前記ホルダ(1)のヒンジ座に沿って移動自在の球面を有し、前記球面の前記中心点が前記格子(2)の前記頂点に位置している、請求項1記載のホルダ。
- 前記格子ヒンジ(10)が、調整ねじによって一方向に調整可能である、請求項1記載のホルダ。
- 前記格子ヒンジが、前記格子の側ではない端部に、前記ヒンジ座に沿って前記ヒンジを回転させる手段を具備する、請求項1記載のホルダ。
- 前記ホルダが、前記ヒンジを係止する係止ねじを具備する、請求項1記載のホルダ。
