Claims (10)
- ガスタービンのローターのためのシールプレート(40)からなる環を形成しているシールプレート(40)であって、
前記シールプレートが多数の金属シート(50)から形成され、かつ互いに離間しかつ前記シールプレートの平面(49)に平行に対向して配置された2枚の金属シート(50)を備えることを特徴とするシールプレート(40)。 - 多数の切り抜き(56)を有する中間金属シート(52)が前記金属シート(50)の間に配置されている請求項1に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- 運転位置からで見て、それぞれの前記金属シート(50)がタービンディスク(6)の中央に面する側に屈曲部(54)を有する請求項1または2に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- それぞれの前記金属シート(50)が多数の冷却空気穴(58)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- 前記シールプレートの前記平面(49)から向く金属シート(50)を備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- 多数の金属シート(50)が互いに溶接、および/またははんだ付けされた請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- 溝(64)および/または凸部(68)がそれぞれの前記シールプレート(40)の端(62,66)の領域に配置されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシールプレート(40)。
- 特にガスタービン(101)のための動翼システム(1)であって、
タービンディスク(6)上に環状に配置された多数の動翼(12)を有し、
多数のシールプレート(40)が前記タービンディスク(6)の側面(34)に配置され、
それぞれの前記シールプレート(40)が請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載されたように設計されることを特徴とする動翼システム(1)。 - 請求項8に記載の動翼システム(1)を有するガスタービン。
- 請求項9に記載のガスタービン(101)を有するガスおよび蒸気タービンプラント。
