Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、アルミニウムストリップが、コイルから巻き解かれかつ単方向または双方向押出し被覆装置に供給され、熱可塑性ポリマーで押出し被覆され、押出し被覆後に熱可塑性ポリマーの融点より高い金属温度に再加熱される構成の被覆されたアルミニウムストリップの製造方法に関する。連続複合工具により高い製造速度で加工される押出し被覆アルミニウムストリップの製造方法を提供する目的は、アルミニウムストリップの単方向または双方向プラスチック材料被覆を、表在構造を有するロールを用いて、再加熱後に表面組織化することにより達成される。

Claims (15)
- アルミニウムストリップが、コイルから巻き解かれかつ単方向または双方向押出し被覆装置に供給され、熱可塑性ポリマーで押出し被覆され、押出し被覆後に熱可塑性ポリマーの融点より高い金属温度に再加熱される構成の被覆されたアルミニウムストリップの製造方法において、アルミニウムストリップの単方向または双方向プラスチック材料被覆が、表在構造を有するロールを用いて、再加熱後に表面組織化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 表面組織化に使用されるロールは調質されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 表面組織化に使用されるロールは、電子放電法を用いて導入される等方性表面組織またはEDT表在構造を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ロールによる表面組織化後のプラスチック材料被覆の粗さRaは、0.02μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 押出し被覆されたアルミニウムストリップは、表面組織化後に、空冷手段および/または水冷手段を用いて冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料被覆の厚さは0.2μm〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。

- 押出し被覆中に、熱可塑性ポリマー被覆に加え、接着促進層が同時押出しされることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 特に飲料用缶のパッケージングストリップが製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- アルミニウムストリップ上に押出される、特に請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造される単方向または双方向熱可塑性ポリマー層を備えたアルミニウムストリップにおいて、アルミニウムストリップのプラスチック材料被覆の表面が、被覆後に付された等方性表面組織、好ましくはEDT表面の表面組織を有していることを特徴とするアルミニウムストリップ。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー被覆の押出し表面の粗さRaは0.02μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項11記載のアルミニウムストリップ。
- 前記押出し被覆は、ポリプロピレン層またはポリプロピレン配合層、および任意であるが接着促進層を有していることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載のアルミニウムストリップ。
- 前記アルミニウムストリップの押出し被覆の厚さは0.2μm〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項記載のアルミニウムストリップ。
- 剛性パッケージ、特に缶端用の請求項11〜14のいずれか1項記載のアルミニウムストリップの使用方法。
