Claims (1)

  1. ダプトマイシンを精製する方法であって、
    a)ダプトマイシンを含む発酵ブロスを1つまたは複数の浄化工程に供する工程、
    b)工程a)の溶液を陰イオン交換クロマトグラフィーカラムに注入する工程、
    c)工程b)の溶液を逆相クロマトグラフィーカラムに注入する工程、
    d)任意選択で工程c)の溶液をさらに逆相クロマトグラフィーカラムに少なくとも1回注入する工程、
    d)工程d)で得られた溶液を1つまたは複数のろ過工程に供する工程、および
    e)d)のろ液を凍結乾燥させ、精製されたダプトマイシンの粉末を得る工程を含み、
    工程c)及び任意選択で工程d)における溶出バッファーは水溶性アルコールである方法。
