Claims (11)
- ターボ機械の圧縮機からの出口に取り付けるディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ(12)にして、半径方向翼(30)によって互いに接続される半径方向内側壁(26)と半径方向外側壁(28)との2つの略円筒状壁を有するノズル(18)を備えるアセンブリであって、ノズルの両壁が半径方向翼(30)を越えて下流側に伸び、壁間の半径方向間隔が、翼(30)から下流側で円周方向に、ほぼ翼(30)と位置合わせされた位置で最小になり、翼(30)間の位置で最大となるように変化することを特徴とする、ディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズルの壁(58、60)が、翼(30)から下流側に向かってそれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズルの壁のうちの少なくとも一方が、翼(30)から下流側で波形状(60)または凹凸形状(84、82)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズルの両方の壁が、翼(30)から下流側で波形状(60、64、74、76)または凹凸形状(82、84)であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズル(18)の壁の下流側部分の波形状部が、翼(30)を伸ばした半径方向平面に対して対称であることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズル(18)の壁の下流側部分の波形状部が、翼(30)を伸ばした半径方向平面に対して非対称であることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- 波形状部が、圧縮機の軸を中心として、旋回の残留角またはノズルの翼からの出口における空気流の剥離角に相当する螺旋角をなして螺旋状に伸びることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズル(18)の壁の下流側部分の波形状部が、正弦波形状、凹凸形状、円弧形状、またはV字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズルの下流側壁の波形状部が、両方の壁に対して同一(60、64)または同じ形、またはそれぞれ異なる形であることを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- ノズルが一体部品である、または溶接もしくは機械によるろう付けによって組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のディフューザ/ノズルアセンブリを含むことを特徴とする、ターボジェット、ターボプロップ、またはヘリコプタエンジンなどのターボ機械。
