Claims (16)
- コンテンツを受信したレシーバが、識別情報なしにコンテンツを受信した場合と比較して短い遅延で前記コンテンツの再生を開始できるように、前記コンテンツとともに、前記コンテンツを識別する情報を供給する段階を有する、方法。
- 前記コンテンツがオーディオ/ビデオコンテンツを含み、前記コンテンツを識別する情報がオーディオおよびビデオコーデックパラメータを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーデックパラメータによりデコーダの初期化ができ、それによりレシーバのチューニング時間が短くなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツを識別する情報を、セッション記述プロトコルデータパックでレシーバに送信する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツを識別する情報により、デコーダが複数のコンテンツパケットを解析して前記コンテンツのオーディオおよびビデオのタイプを識別する必要がなくなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツとそれを識別する情報を、デバイスグループ制御プロトコルを用いて少なくとも1つのレシーバに送信する、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 再生するコンテンツを識別する情報を受信する段階と、
識別情報なしにコンテンツを受信した場合と比較して短い遅延で前記コンテンツを再生できるように、前記受信した情報を用いて、デコーダを初期化するために前記コンテンツを識別する段階とをさらに有する、方法。 - 前記コンテンツがオーディオ/ビデオコンテンツを含み、前記コンテンツを識別する情報がオーディオおよびビデオコーデックパラメータを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツを識別する情報を、セッション記述プロトコルデータパックで再生デバイスに送信する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツを識別する情報により、デコーダが複数のコンテンツパケットを解析して前記コンテンツのオーディオおよびビデオのタイプを識別する必要がなくなる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツとそれを識別する情報を、デバイスグループ制御プロトコルを用いて少なくとも1つの再生デバイスに送信する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテンツとそれを識別する情報をチューニングコマンドの一部として受信する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 受信ソケットをオープンして、前記コンテンツを受信する段階と、
前記コンテンツを、受信したら再生する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 記録されたマルチメディアコンテンツと、
前記マルチメディアコンテンツの再生デバイスが、識別情報なしにコンテンツを受信した場合と比較して短い遅延で前記マルチメディアコンテンツの再生を開始できるように記録された、前記マルチメディアコンテンツを識別する情報とを有する、コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。 - 前記コンテンツがオーディオ/ビデオコンテンツを含み、前記コンテンツを識別する情報がオーディオおよびビデオコーデックパラメータを含む、請求項15に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
