Claims (37)
- 外面と、内面と、該両面間で通路を画定するインナーライナー壁とを有する管状インナーライナー、及び、
前記管状インナーライナーを、加熱及び加圧下で、強制的に回旋部生成手段に通すと前記管状インナーライナーの前記外面に回旋部を生成する回旋部生成手段
を備えるシームレス回旋状ホース組立体。 - 前記管状インナーライナーは、可溶で拡張可能な材料を含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、前記管状インナーライナーの前記外面周りに包着した複数のループとループ間空間を含み、前記インナーライナーを、加熱及び径方向外方に加圧下で、強制的に前記回旋部生成手段に通すと、前記回旋部生成手段により、前記インナーライナーの前記外面に前記回旋部を生成し、前記ループで、前記回旋部の谷部を画定し、前記ループ間空間で前記回旋部の山部を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、前記管状インナーライナーの前記外面周りに包着した複数のループとループ間空間を含み、前記インナーライナーを、加熱及び径方向内方に加圧下で、強制的に前記回旋部生成手段に通すと、前記回旋部生成手段により、前記インナーライナーの前記外面に前記回旋部を生成し、前記ループで、前記回旋部の山部を画定し、前記ループ間空間で前記回旋部の谷部を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段により、前記管状インナーライナーの前記インナーライナー壁と内面で回旋部を更に生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段を、前記管状インナーライナーの外面周りに配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段を、前記管状インナーライナーの内面周りに配置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、ガラス繊維を更に備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、金属線を更に備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、ヘリカルコイルを更に含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記回旋部生成手段は、複数の環状ループを更に含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記管状インナーライナーは、可溶で拡張可能なフルオロカーボン重合体材料を備える、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記管状インナーライナーは、テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマー、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンのポリマー、パーフルオロアルコキシのポリマー、エチレン―テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマーからなる群から選択した可溶で拡張可能なフルオロカーボン重合体材料を備える、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記管状インナーライナーの前記外面と前記回旋部生成手段の周りに配置した外側補強層(30)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記補強層は編組材を更に備える、請求項14に記載の組立体。
- 前記編組材は編組したガラス繊維を更に備える、請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記編組材は編組したワイヤを更に備える、請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記管状インナーライナーと前記回旋部生成手段を、内被覆によって互いに接着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記内被覆を、テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマー、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンのポリマー、パーフルオロアルコキシのポリマー、エチレン―テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマーからなる群から選択することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の組立体。
- 前記インナーライナーと、前記回旋部生成手段と、前記補強層とを、外被覆で纏めて接着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記外被覆を、テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマー、フッ素化エチレンプロピレンのポリマー、パーフルオロアルコキシのポリマー、エチレン―テトラフルオロエチレンのポリマーからなる群から選択することを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の組立体。
- 通路を画定する壁と、前記壁を加熱及び加圧下で強制的に回旋部生成手段に通すと、前記壁に回旋部を生成するように前記壁の周りに配置する前記回旋部生成手段とを備える管。
- 可溶で拡張可能な管状インナーライナーの内面に対して、径方向外方に加圧し、加熱する工程と、
管状インナーライナーのインナーライナー壁の第1複数部分の外方への拡張を制限する一方で、管状インナーライナーのインナーライナー壁の第2複数部分の外方への拡張を可能にし、第1複数部分の各部材を第2複数部分の部材に隣接させ、それにより第1複数部分が複数の回旋部の谷部となり、第2複数部分が複数の回旋部の山部となる工程と
を含む、シームレス回旋状ホース組立体を形成する方法。 - 前記径方向外方に加圧し、加熱する工程は、前記管状インナーライナーを不活性ガスで加圧し、管状インナーライナーの壁を十分に拡張できる熱を加えることを更に備える、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記管状インナーライナーのインナーライナー壁の第1複数部分の外方への拡張を制限する工程は、管状インナーライナーの周りに回旋部生成手段を配置する工程を更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記管状インナーライナーの周りに回旋部生成手段を配置することは、管状インナーライナーの外面の外側に回旋部生成手段を配置する工程を更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記管状インナーライナーの周りに回旋部生成手段を配置することは、管状インナーライナーの内面の内側に回旋部生成手段を配置する工程を更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記管状インナーライナーの周りに回旋部生成手段を配置することは、管状インナーライナーの周りにヘリカルコイルを配置する工程を更に含む、請求項23に記載の方法。

- 外被覆で被覆することは、外側補強層と、管状ライナーの外面と、回旋部生成手段とを、フルオロカーボンポリマー分散体で被覆すること、及び、フルオロカーボンポリマー分散体を硬化させてフルオロカーボンポリマー被覆にするために焼結することを更に含む、請求項36に記載の方法。
