Claims (20)
- 光学スタックを含む多層光学フィルムであって、前記光学スタックが、
a)複数の第1の光学層であって、それぞれの第1の光学層は、溶融加工性共重合体が、ASTM D 2116−07によるフッ素化エチレンプロピレン共重合体ではなく、又はASTM D 3307−08によるペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂でないという条件で、テトラフロオルエチレンのインターポリマー化されるモノマーを含む前記溶融加工性共重合体を含む、複数の第1の光学層と、
b)前記複数の第1の光学層との繰り返し順序で配置された複数の第2の光学層であって、それぞれの第2の光学層は、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)の共重合体、ポリプロピレン、プロピレンの共重合体、ポリスチレン、スチレンの共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリカーボネート、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、エチレンの共重合体、環式オレフィン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される非フッ素化重合体材料を含む、複数の第2の光学層と、を含む、多層光学フィルム。 - 前記溶融加工性共重合体が、テトラフロオルエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンとフッ化ビニリデンの共重合体、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンとテトラフロオルエチレンとエチレンの共重合体、テトラフロオルエチレンとプロピレンの共重合体、テトラフロオルエチレンとノルボルネンの共重合体、及びエチレンとテトラフロオルエチレンの共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の多層光学フィルム。

a)約400〜700nmの波長の少なくとも一部分、
b)約700nmを超える波長の少なくとも一部分、
c)約300nm未満の波長の少なくとも一部分、又は
d)約300〜400nmの波長の少なくとも一部分
のうちの少なくとも1つを透過する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルム。 - 前記光学スタックが、
a)約400〜700nmの波長の少なくとも一部分、
b)約700nmを超える波長の少なくとも一部分、
c)約300nm未満の波長の少なくとも一部分、又は
d)約300〜400nmの波長の少なくとも一部分
のうちの少なくとも1つを反射する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルム。 - a)印刷、

- 必要に応じて機能性添加剤を更に含み、前記機能性添加剤が、加工添加剤である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルム。
- 前記光学スタックが、少なくとも5個の第1の光学層と、少なくとも5個の第2の光学層とを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルム。
- 前記光学スタックが、少なくとも50個の第1の光学層と、少なくとも50個の第2の光学層とを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルムを含む物品。
- 前記物品が、紫外線ミラー、赤外線ミラー、又は可視光ミラーのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項12に記載の物品。
- 前記多層光学フィルムが、少なくとも2枚のガラスの間に配置される、請求項12又は13に記載の物品。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の物品が、
a)ソーラーパワー用途、
b)照明用途、又は
c)窓割り製品
のうちの少なくとも1つに使用される、多層フィルムを使用する方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルムの小さい片を含む被覆であって、それぞれの片の最大寸法が、前記多層光学フィルムの厚さの少なくとも2倍であり、かつ前記被覆の最大厚さ以下である、被覆。
- 多層光学フィルムを作成する方法であって、
a)溶融加工性共重合体が、ASTM D 2116−07によるフッ素化エチレンプロピレン共重合体ではなく、又はASTM D 3307−08ASTMによるペルフルオロアルコキシ樹脂ではないという条件で、テトラフロオルエチレンのインターポリマー化されるモノマーを含む前記溶融加工性共重合体を含む第1の光学層を提供する工程と、
b)ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)の共重合体、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレンの共重合体、ポリスチレン、ポリスチレンの共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリカーボネート、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンの共重合体、環式オレフィン共重合体、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される非フッ素化重合体材料を含む第2の光学層を提供する工程と、
c)前記第1の光学層及び前記第2の光学層を交互に配置して、複数の層を構成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - a)前記第1の光学層及び前記第2の光学層をウェブに共押出しする工程、
b)前記第1の光学層のシートを前記第2の光学層上に層化するか、若しくは前記第2の光学層のシートを前記第1の光学層上に層化し、次に積層する工程、
c)前記第1の光学層の溶液を前記第2の光学層上に被覆するか、若しくは前記第2の光学層の溶液を前記第1の光学層上に被覆する工程、
d)前記第1の光学層を前記第2の光学層上に蒸着するか、若しくは前記第2の光学層を前記第1の光学層上に蒸着する工程、又は
e)これらの組み合わせ、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載の多層光学フィルムを作成する方法。 - 前記第1の光学層が、テトラフロオルエチレンとヘキサフルオロプロピレンとフッ化ビニリデンの共重合体、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンとテトラフロオルエチレンとエチレンの共重合体、テトラフロオルエチレンとプロピレンの共重合体、テトラフロオルエチレンとノボルネンの共重合体、及びエチレンとテトラフロオルエチレンの共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項17又は18に記載の多層光学フィルムを作成する方法。
- テトラフロオルエチレンのインターポリマー化されるモノマーを含む前記溶融加工性共重合体が、3つの追加の異なるモノマーを含む、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の多層光学フィルムを作成する方法。
