Description

Claims (1)
- 末端部分(3)を有する指(2)、特に足の指の収縮期血圧(Psyst)を非観血的に測定する方法であって、
−前記指(2)の前記末端部分(3)の付近に位置する第1領域(5)に対して、収斂性の排出圧力(P1)を印加および維持する工程と、
−前記第1領域(5)の上流に位置する前記指(2)の第2領域に対して、前記指(2)の前記収縮期血圧(Psyst)よりも大きい、収斂性の閉塞圧力(P2)を印加および維持する工程と、
−前記排出圧力(P1)を開放する工程と、
−前記閉塞圧力(P2)を制御下で開放し、同時に少なくとも前記閉塞圧力(P2)および前記指(2)の前記第1領域(5)における血液の体積(Vs)を経時的に取得する工程と、
−前記指(2)の前記第1領域(5)における前記血液の体積(Vs)が実質的にプラスに変動することによって表される、前記指(2)における血流の回復時の前記閉塞圧力(P2)に応じて、前記収縮期血圧(Psyst)を計算する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする血圧測定方法。
