Abstract
Description
0a,0b,0c,1a,1b,1c,2,2a,2b,2c,3:択一的な設備もしくは設備組合せ、全体設備;
4.1:炭素を含有する化合物を熱的に反応させるための反応器、たとえばカーボンブラック(Carbon Black)の製造または炭水化物の熱分解、たとえば場合によっては二酸化ケイ素の存在で行われる糖の熱分解のための反応器;
5.1:コジェネレーション、火力発電プラントもしくは火力発電所;
6.1:反応器、たとえば電気的な溶融炉、誘導炉、アーク炉;
7.1:二酸化ケイ素の製造のための使用のための装置、たとえば乾燥段において、有利には乾燥器、たとえば流動層反応器または基材を乾燥させるための別の反応器、反応器、熱分解法ケイ酸を製造するための方法における装置、あるいはまた沈降容器;
8:熱交換器、有利には該熱交換器が二次循環路を有していて、4.1および/または6.1内へのプロセスの廃熱(熱的なエネルギ)の導出および吸熱プロセス、特に乾燥のための7.1内への熱的なエネルギの供給を可能にする;
4.2:物質流、たとえばあらかじめさらに後処理、たとえばブリケット化に供給される、4.1からの生成物の、反応器6.1内への間接的または直接的な供給を可能にする供給管路;
5.2:電気的なエネルギ流、たとえば電気的なエネルギを導くための線路;
6.2:熱的なエネルギ流、たとえば特に有利には二次循環路として7.1における6.1からの廃熱の利用のための接続された熱交換器8を備えた管路;
7.2:物質流、たとえば供給管路および場合によっては生産段、この供給管路および場合によっては生産段を介して間接的または直接的に7.1からの製品が反応器6.1内へ移送可能であり、この場合、7.1からの直接的な製品はなお後処理、たとえば乾燥、粉砕、顆粒化、タブレット化、カーボンブラック、数種または1種の炭水化物を含有する化合物との反応または混合または別の処理ステップまたはプロセスステップに供給されてから、その後で、間接的な製品が反応器6.1に供給される;
5.3:熱的なエネルギ流もしくはエネルギ流、たとえば過熱された蒸気または低温蒸気、この蒸気はたとえば、5.1を介して分離される4.1からの廃熱を利用するために、場合によっては接続された熱交換器8を備えた管によって7.1における乾燥または温度調節のために利用される;
6.3:熱ガス管路
Claims (15)
- 設備(1a)において、当該設備(1a)が、炭素を含有する化合物を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)を有しており、該反応器(4.1)が、コジェネレーション(5.1)に接続されており、該コジェネレーション(5.1)を介して、廃熱(5.3)の一部分が、熱的な反応から分離され、廃熱の別の部分が、機械的または電気的なエネルギ(5.2)に変換されるか、または前記反応器(4.1)が、熱的な火力発電所(5.1)に接続されており、該火力発電所(5.1)を介して廃熱が、機械的または電気的なエネルギ(5.2)に変換されることを特徴とする設備(1a)。
- 分離された廃熱(5.3)が、装置(7.1)へ案内され、特に該廃熱(5.3)が、熱交換器(8)を介して、有利には二次循環路によって前記装置(7.1)内へ移送され、有利には前記装置(7.1)が、二酸化ケイ素を製造するための設備の一部であり、特に有利には前記装置が、沈降容器、反応器および/または乾燥器である、請求項1記載の設備(2)。
- 電気的なエネルギ(5.2)が、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)、特にアーク炉(6.1)、溶融反応器または高炉へのエネルギ供給のために、有利にはシリコン、好ましくはソーラシリコンの製造のために利用される、請求項1または2記載の設備(1b)。
- 金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガスが、熱ガス管路(6.3)を介して、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)内へ、かつ/またはコジェネレーション(5.1)または火力発電所(5.1)内へ導入される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1c)。
- 熱ガス管路(6.3)が、特に、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガスを、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)またはコジェネレーションもしくは火力発電所(5.1)へ移送するために、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)および炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)または前記反応器(6.1)をコジェネレーションまたは火力発電所(5.1)に接続している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の設備(1c)。
- 金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)の廃熱(6.2)が、前記装置(7.1)内で利用され、特に該廃熱(6.2)が、熱交換器(8)を介して前記反応器(6.1)から前記装置(7.1)内へ移送される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の設備(0a)。
- 廃熱、特に前記反応器(6.1)の廃熱流(6.2)が、前記装置(7.1)に接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の設備(0a)。
- 金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガスが、熱ガス管路(6.3)を介して、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)内へ、またはコジェネレーション(5.1)または火力発電所(5.1)内へ導入される、請求項6または7記載の設備(0b)。
- 金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガスを導入するための熱ガス管路(6.3)が、該反応器(6.1)を、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)に接続しているか、または前記熱ガス管路が、前記反応器(6.1)をコジェネレーション(5.1)または火力発電所(5.1)に接続している、請求項6または7記載の設備(0b)。
- 設備(3)において、金属の化合物(5.3)を還元するための反応器(6.1)の廃熱(6.2)が、前記装置(7.1)へ移送され、特に前記設備(1a)との組合せで、有利には前記反応器(6.1)からの廃熱(6.2)が、前記反応器(7.1)内へ熱交換器(8)によって移送され、有利には前記反応器(6.1)の廃熱流(6.2)が、前記装置(7.1)に接続されていることを特徴とする設備(3)。
- 特にコジェネレーションまたは火力発電所を用いた、電気的なエネルギの形成のための、炭素を含有する化合物を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)の廃熱の使用。
- ケイ素酸化物、特に二酸化ケイ素の製造における、請求項11記載の廃熱の使用。
- 金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)または装置(7.1)を運転するための、請求項11記載の電気的なエネルギの使用。
- 特に、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガス(6.3)が、熱ガス管路(6.3)を介して前記反応器(6.1)から、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)内に導入されることによる、炭素を熱的に反応させるための反応器(4.1)における、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)からの高温のプロセスガス(6.3)の、特に請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の使用またはコジェネレーション(5.1)または火力発電所(5.1)におけるプロセスガス(6.3)の、蒸気発生のための使用。
- ケイ素酸化物の製造時、特に二酸化ケイ素の温度調節または乾燥時における、金属の化合物を還元するための反応器(6.1)の廃熱の使用。
