複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、発泡率40%以上の発泡層であり、
複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、1〜50g/10minのMFRを有するパーフルオロポリマーを含有し、
パーフルオロポリマーは、
(1)0.09N以上の溶融張力、および/または、
(2)実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有することを特徴とする。
パーフルオロポリマーは、
(1)0.09N以上の溶融張力、および/または、
(2)実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有することを特徴とする。
導体と、
導体を被覆し、パーフルオロ樹脂からなる複数の被覆層と、
からなり、
複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、非発泡層であり、
複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、発泡率が40%以上の発泡層である。
発泡率(%)={1−(ρ/ρ0)}×100(ρ:絶縁部(被覆層)の比重、ρ0:パーフルオロ樹脂の比重)
CF2=CFO(CF2)nCF3
(式中、nは、0〜3の整数を表す。)で表される化合物である。
(1)0.09N以上の溶融張力、および/または、
(2)実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有し、
好ましくは、(1)の0.09N以上の溶融張力、および、(2)の実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端の両方を有する。

Claims (12)
- 導体と、
前記導体を被覆し、かつ、パーフルオロ樹脂からなる複数の被覆層と、
を備え、
前記複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、非発泡層であり、
前記複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、発泡率40%以上の発泡層であり、
前記複数の被覆層の少なくとも1層は、1〜50g/10minのMFRを有するパーフルオロポリマーを含有し、
前記パーフルオロポリマーは、
(1)0.09N以上の溶融張力、および/または、
(2)実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有することを特徴とする、
発泡電線。 - 前記複数の被覆層全体の発泡率が40%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層の最外層が非発泡層であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層の最外層の厚さが、前記複数の被覆層全体の厚さの2%〜15%であることであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層の最内層が非発泡層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層は、3以上の被覆層からなり、前記最内層および前記最外層が非発泡層であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層の全層が、1〜50g/10minのMFRを有するパーフルオロポリマーを含有し、
前記パーフルオロポリマーは、
(1)0.09N以上の溶融張力、および/または、
(2)実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。 - 前記パーフルオロポリマーが、0.09N以上の溶融張力、および、実質的に−CF3のみであるポリマー末端を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記パーフルオロポリマーが、TFE単位およびHFP単位からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記パーフルオロポリマーが、TFE単位、HFP単位およびPFVE単位からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記パーフルオロポリマーが、TFE単位およびPFVE単位からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。
- 前記複数の被覆層全体が、共押し出し法を用いて製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の発泡電線。
