Claims (7)
- ビルディングオートメーションシステムと通信する制御装置であって、
HVACシステムに配置されている機器の動作パラメータに対応するデータを保持している情報を、前記制御装置と前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムとの間で、同時に交換するように動作可能な通信インターフェイスと、
前記機器の現在の動作状態に基づいて、前記HVACシステムの動作効率を決定する実行可能命令を有する最適化モジュールと、
前記HVACの機器に提供された設置仕様から計算される、前記HVACシステムの予測動作効率を決定する実行可能命令を有するシミュレーションモジュールと、
前記最適化モジュール及び前記シミュレーションモジュールとデータ通信する比較モジュールであって、
前記動作効率が前記予測動作効率に対する望ましい閾値よりも低いかどうかを決定するように構成されている、前記比較モジュールと、
前記比較モジュールとデータ通信する調節モジュールであって、
前記HVACシステムの機器の少なくとも1つの部分に対する前記動作パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを変更するために、前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムに命令を送信するように構成されていて、
更に、前記動作効率が前記予測動作効率に対する前記望ましい閾値よりも低いと、前記比較モジュールがその後に決定した場合に、自己学習の態様を変更するために、前記命令を処理するように構成されている、前記調節モジュールと、
を具備する、制御装置。 - 前記HVACシステムの機器の少なくとも1つの部分に対する前記動作パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータに対して行われる調節が、前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムに通信される前記HVACシステムに対する望ましい全体的な効率をもたらすかどうかを決定するように構成されている妥当性検査モジュール、を更に具備する、請求項1の制御装置。
- 前記HVACシステムは、可変速度のチラー冷却システムを含む、請求項1の制御装置。
- 前記HVACシステムの前記予測動作効率は、前記HVACの機器に対する自然動作曲線に対応する情報を含む、請求項1の制御装置。
- ビルディングオートメーションシステムと通信するHVACシステムの動作効率を制御する方法であって、
前記HVACシステムに配置されている機器の動作パラメータに対応するデータを保持している情報を、前記制御装置と前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムとの間で、同時に交換するステップと、
前記機器の現在の動作状態に基づいて、前記HVACシステムの動作効率を決定するステップと、
前記HVACの機器に提供された設置仕様から計算される、前記HVACシステムの予測動作効率を決定するステップと、
前記動作効率が前記予測動作効率に対する望ましい閾値よりも低いかどうかを比較するステップと、
前記HVACシステムの機器の少なくとも1つの部分に対する前記動作パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを調節するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータの調節を、前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムに送信するステップと、
その後に、前記動作効率が前記望ましい閾値よりも再び低くなったときに、前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータの調節を自動的に再び呼び出すために、前記制御装置の自己学習の特徴をトリガするステップと、
を具備する、方法。 - 前記HVACシステムの機器の少なくとも1つの部分に対する前記動作パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータに対して行われる前記調節が、前記ビルディングオートメーションシステムに通信される前記HVACシステムに対する望ましい全体的な効率をもたらすかどうかについて、妥当性を検査するステップ、を更に具備する、請求項5の方法。
- 前記HVACシステムの前記動作効率を決定するステップは、可変速度のチラー冷却システムの前記動作効率を決定するステップを含む、請求項5の方法。
