Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently achieve energy-saving plant operation by comparing the efficiencies of main and auxiliary equipments of a plant with a reference value by factors in advance at each specified time and outputting the types and content of cause to the reduction in the efficiency at the lowering of the thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A plant overall efficiency calculating section 5 responds to inputs such as request information (e) and the like and calculates the overall efficiency of the plant based on the plant information at each preset time. This is compared with an overall efficiency reference value information (f) from an overall reference value storage section 6, and if an actual efficiency is decreased, the information (g) required for the calculation of efficiency by factors out of the information of the section 5 is given to an efficiency by factor calculation section 7. The section 7 reads the efficiency by factor reference value information (h) from a reference by factor storage section 8, the both are compared by factor, and information (i) is given to an output controller 9. Thus, the item by factor and status of plant efficiency reduction can be displayed or recorded based on the output information together with the output information.
