Claims (11)
- バッテリーセルアッセンブリ用の相互接続デバイスであって、
第一電気接触部材と、及び、第二電気接触部材とを備えてなり、
前記第一電気接触部材が、第一接触部分及び第二接触部分と、第一延長部と、及び第一中間部とを有してなり、
前記第一延長部が、前記第一接触部分と前記第一中間部の間に結合されてなり、
前記第一中間部が、前記第一延長部と前記第二接触部分の間に結合されてなり、
前記第一接触部分が、前記第二接触部分と実質的に平行であり、
前記第一延長部が、前記第一接触部分に実質的に垂直であり、
前記第一接触部分が、第一極性を含んでなる第一バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第一電極に接触するように構成されてなり、及び
前記第二接触部分が、第二極性を含んでなる第二バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第二電極に接触するように構成されてなり、
前記第二電気接触部材が、前記第一電気接触部材上に配置されてなり、
前記第二電気接触部分が、第三接触部分と第四接触部分と、第二延長部及び第三延長部と、及び第二中間部を有してなり、
前記第二延長部が、前記第三接触部分と前記第二中間部の間に結合されてなり、
前記第三延長部が、前記第二中間部と第四接触部分の間に結合されてなり、
前記第三接触部分が、前記第四接触部分と実質的に平行であり、及び、
前記第二延長部が、前記第三接触部分と実質的に垂直であり、
前記第三接触部分が、前記第一極性を備えた第三バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第三電極に接触するように構成されてなり、及び
前記第四接触部分が、前記第二極性を備えた第四バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第四電極に接触するように構成されてなる、相互接続デバイス。 - 前記第一電気接触部材の第一縦の長さが、前記第二電気接触部材の第二縦の長さに実質的に等しいものである、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第一電気接触部材の第一電気抵抗が、前記第二電気接触部材の第二電気抵抗に実質的に等しいものである、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第一中間部及び前記第二中間部が、互いに隣接して配置されてなり、及び、互いに実質的に平行である、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第一接触部分及び第三接触部分が、互いに実質的に平行に配置されてなり、及び前記第二接触部分及び第四接触部分が、互いに実質的に平行に配置されてなる、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第一延長部及び第二延長部が、互いに隣接して配置されてなり、及び互いに実質的に平行である、請求項5の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第二電気接触部材上に配置された第三電気接触部材を更に備えてなり、
前記第三電気接触部材が、第五接触部分及び第六接触部分と、第四延長部と、及び第三中間部とを有してなり、
前記第三中間部が、前記第五接触部分と前記第四延長部の間に結合されてなり、
前記第四延長部が、前記第三中間部と前記第六接触部分の間に更に結合されてなり、
前記第五接触部分が、前記第六接触部分に実質的に平行であり、
前記第四延長部が、前記第六接触部分に実質的に垂直であり、
前記第五接触部分が、前記第一極性を備えた第五バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第五電極に接触するよう構成されてなり、及び
前記第六接触部分が、前記第二極性を備えた第六バッテリーセルアッセンブリの第六電極に接触するよう構成されてなる、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。 - 前記第三中間部及び前記第二中間部が、互いに隣接して配置されてなり、及び、互いに実質的に平行である、請求項7の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第五及び第三接触部分が、互いに実質的に平行に配置されてなり、及び前記第六及び第四接触部分が、互いに実質的に平行に配置されてなる、請求項7の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第三及び第四延長部が、互いに隣接して配置されてなり、及び互いに実質的に平行である、請求項7の相互接続デバイス。
- 前記第一及び第二電気接触部材が、ニッケルめっきした銅から構成されてなる、請求項1の相互接続デバイス。
