Description
Claims (15)
- 環状の燃焼室(10)と、燃焼室の出口に配置されるセクタ化されたタービンノズル(12)と、燃焼室とノズルとの間へ軸方向に挿入されるシーリング手段とを有するターボ機械であって、シーリング手段が軸方向に弾性である環状のガスケット(70、70’)を備え、ガスケットが燃焼室の下流端およびセクタ化された下流側の環状リップ(74)を支えるための軸方向の支持手段(78)を含み、下流側のリップの各セクタ(80)がノズルのセクタと位置合わせされかつノズルセクタの上流端を支えるための軸方向の支持手段(82)を含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)が、燃焼室(10)とノズル(12)との間に軸方向の冷間プレストレスによって取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- 燃焼室を支えるための軸方向の支持手段(78)がガスケットの上流側の環状リップ(72)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)のリップの軸方向の支持手段(78、82)が各々丸みのある凸形状の環状支持面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)のリップの軸方向の支持手段(78、82)が前記リップの自由端部分に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(100)のリップ(102、102)が波形部分(106)によって互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)の下流側のリップ(74)がノズルセクタの数に等しい、またはこれより多い数のセクタ(80)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 下流側のリップ(74)のセクタ(80)が前記リップ内の較正されたスルースロット(76)によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)が単一部分を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’、100)がV、W、WV、WW字形またはΩ形である断面を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)が、ガスケットをセンタリングするために、燃焼室(10)および/またはノズル(12)を支えるための半径方向の支持手段(75)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ガスケット(70、70’)が通気空気を通すための較正オリフィス(88)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 燃焼室(10)の下流端および/またはノズル(12)の上流端が、ガスケット(70、70’)が収容される環状のエンクロージャ(84、84’)へ空気を供給しかつ/または前記エンクロージャから空気を吐き出すための通気用オリフィス(94、96、98)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械のための軸方向に弾性的な環状のシーリングガスケット(70、70’)であって、単一パーツとして製造されかつ2つの環状リップ(72、74)を含み、これらの一方が、互いに独立して自由に移動することができるリップセクタ(80)を間に画定する複数の半径方向のスルースロット(76)を含むことを特徴とする、環状のシーリングガスケット(70、70’)。
- V、W、WV、WW字形またはΩ形である断面を呈することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のガスケット。
